Smart Watch Speaker stops working

Sir/mam, i mukesh thappa place an order of ambrane eon pro smartwatch on 3 may and received it on 17 may and within 10 days of receiving this watch my watch Speaker stops working, no sound coming while calling and music listening. It a request to you please look into this matter and provide me the best service. I am very disappointed with this . I attached all necessary proofs ....

My order delivery date was yesterday (22/05/2023) but I haven't received it yet, I tried contacting Ecom express but they are not replying. Kindly check on that and deliver it asap, it has Beena week since I ordered. And Ecom express is not updating any delivery details also so please check on that.

    Battery life low

    I bought Ambarane wice roam 2 smart watch from filpcart on 8th May 2023. Now it has only two days of battery backup. Similarly, when the watch is shaken, the display does not turn on. I request you to resolve these complaints...

    Ambrane Power Bank Warranty Claim

    Dear team,
    As per discussion with Ambrane, i have a power bank under warranty and facing below mentioned issues:

    ISSUE: 1) Unable to charge the power bank itself via adapter.

    RVSRN2302XCL00048 status of ticket number. Nobody responds from Ambrane

    Hello Team,

    I have submitted my damaged powerbank for repairing at ambrane service center and I got RVSRN2302XCL00048 as service request number.

    Ambrane provided me ticket number S230214MH2121206 based on which service center accepted the product for repairing.

    I have given my product on 15th Feb for repairing and till now I have not got it.

    I called service center and they told...

    Returned damaged product after warranty claim

    Not turning on, no lights showing

    I am using ambrane 20000mah powerbank, it was working fine till yesterday, the battery got finished, I plugged it in for a few hours, now it's dead, no lights, not charging the phone or anything, no response suddenly, there was no physical damage....

    Stylo 20K blue power bank

    I bought it from Flipkart in October.It stopped working within 3 months.no physical damage is happened.it suddenly stopped charging.I want to claim my warranty of the product under the 6 months warranty period policy.Kindly help...

    Ambrane Power Bank 20k Mah is not working

    Hi Ambrane
    My Ambrane powerbank 20KmAh is not working within 3 weeks of purchase, it is not getting charged and neither charging my phone, I have mailed you regarding the issue multiple times and haven't got any response back yet.

    I intially mailed the ambrane support on 5 Dec after that they asked for my address, I have clearly provided them the address after I didn't get any reply from their side.

    Powerbank not getting charged

    Hi, My Ambrane 20000maH power bank is not getting charged and also it is not charging my phone.
    The charging indicator blinks at 2 signal and nothing else. It only blinks but not getting charged and also the blink is limited upto 2 signal only
    Please give some advice to resolve this issue....

    Aero sync PB10 dead on arrival

    My order of aero sync PB 10 powerbank was dead and didn’t give or receive power the customer care haven’t replied to the mails and calls and replacements policy is only for 48 hours it’s has been difficult and near impossible to contact the customer care for further action on warranty claims or other steps of rectification it’s has been two days continuous effort but no results in the end...

    I bought Ambrane Fitshot surge smart watch from Flipkart on[protected]. It comes with one year warranty. Suddenly the watch stopped working and when i contacted their customer support via mail on[protected] along with the invoice. They asked me to send a short video for that i had sent that too. Then they replied that, "We will check & try to arrange the pick-up of product from your given address soon". As per their message pick-up courier partner received my watch on[protected]. I got a tracking number from Ambrane care which states that,
    "We will notify you after receiving the product.
    Tracking Number: [protected]"

    After that i hadn't receive any message from their side. Even they are not responding to my messages. The tracking number also says invalid. Take necessary action to replace the defect product or else refund me the amount.

      I bought powerbank Stylo 10K recently from Amazon.in
      after 20 days o[censored]se, the powerbank was DEAD.
      The nearest service centre is in Kalkaji and i had to take a day off from work to submit it at the service centre where i waited for 2 hours.

      they took it for 20 days and i got a call to come and receive it. I went there yesterday - 3 OCT 2022. and again wasted 3 hours to go there wait and receive it and come back.
      Now its again DEAD.

      what kind of quality is this?
      I purchased a product, why i am asked to waste my time every time i go for a repair? this happens every week then what i should do? go to service centre every week? I paid for a functional powerbank. All i got from ambrane is garbage!

      I request a refund so that i can buy from a better company!

        I ordered an Ambrane Unbreakable 3A Fast Charging Braided Micro USB
        Cable for Android Devices – 1.5 Meter (RCM15, Black) |
        B082LZGK39 ( B082LZGK39 )
        HSN:[protected].5m through amazon. It is not working after 1 month. On looking on amazon it is showing that this product is under a 6 month warranty. Please replace this usb cable.

            AeroSync PB 10

            I bought a AeroSync PB 10 for my iphone. It worked for 2 days and then has stopped working. I cannot charge the powerbank neither does the powerbank charge the phone. The 48 hour return period is awefully short....

              Ambrane powerbank 20000

              I bought the ambrane 20000 powerbank in june it stopped working midway july. Gor the price i paid for it, this is unacceptable. It doesn't charge the phone at all. It charges 1 or 2 percentage then switches off, even though it os fully charged . I hope to hear from you....
