It was in perfect condition physically.

Now you have raised the complaint now in March, related to damage, which cannot be covered under the manufacturer warranty.

You need to pay the charges for service.

NOTE: You shall have no coverage under warranty if the product has been subjected to abnormal use, spills of liquid or unauthorized repair.

    I am using ambrane 20000mah powerbank, it was working fine till yesterday, the battery got finished, I plugged it in for a few hours, now it's dead, no lights, not charging the phone or anything, no response suddenly, there was no physical damage.

        I bought it from Flipkart in October.It stopped working within 3 months.no physical damage is happened.it suddenly stopped charging.I want to claim my warranty of the product under the 6 months warranty period policy.Kindly help

          Hi Ambrane
          My Ambrane powerbank 20KmAh is not working within 3 weeks of purchase, it is not getting charged and neither charging my phone, I have mailed you regarding the issue multiple times and haven't got any response back yet.

          I intially mailed the ambrane support on 5 Dec after that they asked for my address, I have clearly provided them the address after I didn't get any reply from their side.
          I have attached all the proofs.

            Hi, My Ambrane 20000maH power bank is not getting charged and also it is not charging my phone.
            The charging indicator blinks at 2 signal and nothing else. It only blinks but not getting charged and also the blink is limited upto 2 signal only
            Please give some advice to resolve this issue.

              My order of aero sync PB 10 powerbank was dead and didn’t give or receive power the customer care haven’t replied to the mails and calls and replacements policy is only for 48 hours it’s has been difficult and near impossible to contact the customer care for further action on warranty claims or other steps of rectification it’s has been two days continuous effort but no results in the end

Suddenly the watch stopped working and when i contacted their customer support via mail on[protected] along with the invoice. They asked me to send a short video for that i had sent that too.                 I bought powerbank Stylo 10K recently from Amazon.in
                after 20 days o[censored]se, the powerbank was DEAD.
                The nearest service centre is in Kalkaji and i had to take a day off from work to submit it at the service centre where i waited for 2 hours.

                they took it for 20 days and i got a call to come and receive it. I went there yesterday - 3 OCT 2022. and again wasted 3 hours to go there wait and receive it and come back.
                Now its again DEAD.

                what kind of quality is this?
                I purchased a product, why i am asked to waste my time every time i go for a repair? this happens every week then what i should do? go to service centre every week? I paid for a functional powerbank. All i got from ambrane is garbage!

                I request a refund so that i can buy from a better company!

                      I bought a AeroSync PB 10 for my iphone. It worked for 2 days and then has stopped working. I cannot charge the powerbank neither does the powerbank charge the phone. The 48 hour return period is awefully short.

                          I bought the ambrane 20000 powerbank in june it stopped working midway july. Gor the price i paid for it, this is unacceptable. It doesn't charge the phone at all. It charges 1 or 2 percentage then switches off, even though it os fully charged . I hope to hear from you.

                                Purchased earbuds from offline store in June, left pair stopped working within a fee days o[censored]se. Went to ambrane NSP delhi to get them fixed first of all, they will harass you for purchasing earbuds offline. Next after you week, when finally got earbuds back, had to complain once once again because though both sides were working now, sound quality was very bad. Hey said it will take maximum 45 days.It's been 2 weeks now that I submitted it back, these people keep procrastinating, have been providing no resolution at all. They say we need to install a software in it and are unable to. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

                                    Phone is taking long time to charge via power bank. I have tried with different type of phones.But the same issue continues. it takes around 3 hours to charge 50% of my phones battery.the power bank is just 3 months old .please do the needful

                                      Hi, I purchased the ambrane 20000 mah power bank from Amazon on 2nd march, 2022. Initially it was working fine but now it’s not charging any phones connected even though the power bank is fully charged . This is not expected as it’s not even 6 months that I have used the product. Please arrange a replacement of the product as soon as possible .
