Product not charged any other product....

Power not supply is very bad condition on power supply...

I have purchased EP56 earphone from a retailer in bhopal dated 26th july 2023. he gave me 6 months waranty but within a month only, earphone stop working. i wrote about the same to the company, mailed them as well but no action has been taken.
moreover they are asking me to courier it.
kindly look towards this. seeking for timely redressal....

I had purchased ambrane wise crest smartwatch in the month of March. It was working fine until June. Just recently I noticed the screen has developed a crack. Ambrane customer care denied service of the smartwatch and also did not let me claim warranty. I was told that the crack on the watch is my mistake and I must have dropped it down...

I have bought a Power Bank on 28th Dec 2022 . But it is not working now . Not light is also working. It also supports wireless charging. It is not also working...

Purchased Ambrane 10000 mah Powerbank at Flipkart, was delivered at 23 of June; it stopped working after 12 days and it completely died on its own. I have reached out to Ambrane customer service multiple of times but no one is responding to mails or calls; please look into this matter...

I purchased ambrane 20000 mah power bank on sep 2022 last year. I rarely used it except in some exceptional cases. Recently i used it more frequently and now it is not getting charged. I ordered the product on 17th of june. The product was received by their courier service on 23rd of june .I still have not received the product.Then i contacted the customer care to get my refund .But this is when i realized i should have never ordered a product from this company. Even though i was exhausted with the delivery delay, i really got mad when i was told that i would be only getting my refund when ambrane gets the product back from their courier service.I still dont understand what does a customer have to do with this outrageous courier service which ambrane chose to deal with.This is so strange to me. Normally if a product shipped has not been in contact with the customer, the company just simply gives refund .But in this case, ambrane is still waiting to get that product from their own courier service to give my money back.I havent experienced these sort of service from any other reputed brands yet.Hence so confused .I need my money back. You cant scam people. Either you need to give the product they paid for or the money back. I was told to contact their manager on their personal number by the customer care executive.Although all these sounded quite strange to me, i did contact the manager .The manager said they would start initiating my refund on 03 /07 /2023 which was yesteday. But still i havent got any email or any response pertaining this.

I puchase Stylo 20k in March 2023, after using I complaint about it's capacity which was not satisfactory. Complaint against it was still unresolved. Now after 3 months it stop working. Customer care no on website is not answering calls, no response from Customer care mail ID. Hope complaint from here will work....

Sir/mam, i mukesh thappa place an order of ambrane eon pro smartwatch on 3 may and received it on 17 may and within 10 days of receiving this watch my watch Speaker stops working, no sound coming while calling and music listening. It a request to you please look into this matter and provide me the best service. I am very disappointed with this . I attached all necessary proofs ....

My order delivery date was yesterday (22/05/2023) but I haven't received it yet, I tried contacting Ecom express but they are not replying. Kindly check on that and deliver it asap, it has Beena week since I ordered. And Ecom express is not updating any delivery details also so please check on that.
