Customer support was quick to help

Ambrane carlink was not connecting automatically and I had to plug/unplug it twice. I got it just a month back and thought maybe it was defective so I reached out to customer support. The person on call suggested clearing old Bluetooth pairings and doing a fresh pairing process. He also asked me to plug it into the other USB port and the connection was stable after that. Vacuum cleaner needs proper maintenance

I was using the Ambrane MiniVac 02 for a few months, it was working really well initially but after an intense car-cleaning session, the suction started feeling weak. I thought the motor was failing, so I called customer support. He said that it was a filter clogging problem, which is common after fine dust. I was asked to remove the filter, clean it properly, and let it dry before using again. After that, the low suction issue improved....

My power bank was replaced

I got MiniCharge 20 for my long work schedules but it came with a small issue. The inbuilt Type-C cable connection was loose and charging would stop if the cable moved. It was annoying because the whole point was to avoid carrying extra cables. I contacted support and they accepted the replacement after checking my order details. It took a few days but the new unit seems fine so far. It lasts me through 1-2 full days and the fast charging...

Wireless charging needs proper placement

Charging stopped whenever I picked up my phone while it was charging with Ambrane Aerosync Snap. I got irritated thinking I received a defective product. I called to complain but the customer service guy told me that the wireless needs proper alignment and the magnet grips best when the phone is flat. Now I mostly keep it on desk or in car phone holder. It is compact and works smoothly like that....

Need to clean after use

At first, I complained that the container of Ambrane MiniVac 02 filled up too fast. Then I saw the design is for quick cleanups only. Like you need to empty and use again. Once I got used to that, it’s been handy for keyboard dust and sofa crumbs. It is lightweight also, so just pick and clean whenever you feel like....

Power fluctuation made me panic but it was for safety

My Ambrane SmartStrip 2 Pro stopped working in the middle of the night when I was watching because everything suddenly switched off. Full panic moment! Later I realised there was a small power fluctuation and the strip just went into its safety mode for a bit. After things normalised, I turned it back on and the devices worked fine again. Good that it seems to take care of such situations....

Speed improved after restarting

I got an Ambrane powermini 20 a few months ago but suddenly my phone was not charging fast. I was worried as I bought it for this only so I called customer support. They told me to restart both devices and try with a different cable. I followed that and it worked as the speed improved again. I am relieved as it works fast like before....

My phone case was causing heating issues

My Ambrane Aerosync Snap power bank scared me initially. This was when the phone kept heating a bit when I was doing wireless charging and watching reels together. I thought battery will not last long but when I removed my phone case, the heat became less.

It has been more than 8 months now and charging is very quick and works well during travel. The only thing is that the magnet grip works better in a flat position and better...

Ambrane not recognising the hazard of swollen powerbank

The power bank has swollen, posing a significant safety and fire hazard. I have tried to call & email the company about the danger of the swollen power bank.

On emails the company respond that it is out of warranty. Although true, but this case is beyond a standard warranty claim. It is a clear case of a potentially hazardous product malfunction, not regular wear and tear. This is not a cosmetic flaw or performance...

Poor product and service

I purchased a power bank from ambrane. (Line 20) .
I claimed its Warrenty because its a faulty one. They sent me the repaired one. But the repaired product they sent me again showed many faults after 2 to 3 months.
They have a warrenty of 6 months, but the product stopped working at 7 months.
They surely gave me a faulty product as a repaired one, or they are just causing nuisance and playing with customer's money....

warranty claim on my ambrane stylo 10k black power bank

I had purchased this item on 21 December 2023 from Reliance Digital mall, Pune-411004.
After using it for 3 months it suddenly stopped working, when I plug it for charging it does not charge at all and the charging indicator remains off.
I went to the same mall and explained the issue with this product, the staff told me to raise a warranty claim request for this issue as it is within the warranty period.

Product battery bank 27000 is a premium product which got dangerously exploded which you can see in video.

Very much disappointed with quality and product got bad in just 9 months

Faulty Wired Headset

I have purchased EP56 earphone from a retailer in bhopal dated 26th july 2023. he gave me 6 months waranty but within a month only, earphone stop working. i wrote about the same to the company, mailed them as well but no action has been taken.
moreover they are asking me to courier it.

My replacement order is in ambrane service centre not received yet from 17 days
Worst experience ever with ambrane india.
My order getting picked up on 1 augest 2023 and today 17 aug 2023 not getting replacement product yet.
