Ambrane India — After cleaning, the power flow was normal again

I keep Stylo N20 powerbank in my backpack always but one day it suddenly stopped charging my phone even though it had charge left. It was showing power, but the phone was not picking up charging properly. I thought the port was dead. Tried a different phone and it worked, so I got more confused. I reached out to customer support and they asked me to clean the port lightly and test using the USB port once. That fixed it immediately. Since then I have been careful not to keep it loose with coins/keys in the same pocket. Backup is still strong for long days.
