[Resolved]  Ambrane India — Ambrane 20000mAh - power bank not working

Hi

I purchased the Ambrane power bank this September 2021 and not even 3 months its has stopped working. The power bank is not charging any devices even if it is fully charged.

The USB ports are not working properly.

Can you please help resolve this and provide a replacement for the same.
