I bought this powerbank from Amazon on 11 June 2016. After 5-6 months it was dead so gave it to your service centre (R K Telecom) at Andheri, Mumbai. They returned it after 1.5 months. But after that it was not charging my phone properly. Earlier it used to charge my phone fully for minimum 2 times but after the service it was not able to charge the phone fully (increase by 40-50% only). I again contacted the same service centre and they told that they were no more your service centre. When I went to your service centre at Boriwali they keep on telling to come the next day. Verified Support Jun 08, 2017 Ambrane India Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Roy, we would like to inform you that we are providing 6 months warranty on accessories(bettery, cable) of power bank as per your purchasing date it is over therefore if you have back up issue in your power bank therefore you need to pay charges for repairing .
