Ambrane India — Charger was heating after charging continuously

I bought RAAP G65 for my laptop and phone as the extra ports make it easier to manage my desk. The output is really good but the charger got warm during long use after 4 months. I was charging my laptop and my phone together and it started feeling hot, so I stopped using it for a day. I checked with support and they explained GaN chargers can run warm under load, and suggested not pushing all ports at maximum continuously. After using it a bit more sensibly (laptop on Type-C, phone later), it seems stable.
