Ambrane India — Correct port usage gave normal laptop speed

I carry Ambrane Charge 100 instead of three chargers in my backpack as the compact size makes it manageable. It was working fine but one day, my laptop started charging very slowly when plugged in along with my phone and tablet. Since it’s a 100W charger, I expected full speed. So I called customer support who told me that the charger redistributes power based on what’s connected and advised which ports to use for higher output. After rearranging the connections, my laptop charged normally.
