I started using the RAAP G65 at my desk to charge both my laptop and phone together. It’s compact and convenient to use. But one evening, I noticed it getting a bit too warm when both were plugged in at the same time. So I reached out to support and they told me how power gets distributed across the ports when multiple devices are connected. They suggested a specific port combination which apparently works better for laptops. After following that, the heating has reduced. Now I just avoid running everything at full load together.
