[Resolved] Ambrane India — Customer support was quick to help

Ambrane carlink was not connecting automatically and I had to plug/unplug it twice. I got it just a month back and thought maybe it was defective so I reached out to customer support. The person on call suggested clearing old Bluetooth pairings and doing a fresh pairing process. He also asked me to plug it into the other USB port and the connection was stable after that. There is still a slight delay sometimes when the car starts, but it’s better than daily cable plugging. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
