I ordered Headphones from Cred which were of the Ambrane brand. The order I got had the outer package sealed but when I opened it, it has the box open and it was empty.

I contacted the helpdesk but got no response.

I bought Ambrane trimmer from Flipkart. It somehow stopped working after 7 months. So Ambrane asked me to send it through courier service, they promised me that they will refund upto 100Rs, but I still not received it. They provided me delhi service centre adress. So I spent 150 from my pocket and faulty product was sent to delhi. Few days after they replied me stating that I need to pay extra 350 Rs for replacement...

The powerbank model name is powerlitxl. It's battery was swollen and pushed the metal body case open. The product was purchased from flipkart. The product warranty is just about to expire. Please help as soon as possible....

I recently bought a power bank from Amazon India on 5th February. It has a 6 months warranty but it seems that already the power bank has some issues.
Whenevr i try to charge my phone it starts blinking and power back up is just negligible.

I can’t return it on amazon as it was 7 days return only policy.

However i request you to help me out as the product has 6 months...

I purchased ambrane power bank pp-205 on 10th oct 2021. Soon the power bank stopped working and I had to go to service center. The product was not replaced but the it was fixed and it started to work.

But Again this product has malfunctioned and it has stopped charging, I cannot keep on visiting your service center again and again for this issue. It takes valuable time and money to visit your service...

I have purchased a powerbank before 4 months and have used only a few times.But now it's not working and getting charged. What I have to do now?
I believe in its service and request you to consider my issue and find a solution for it....

Order on 27 July 21 in Amazon I attached the invoice, I already bought 2 power bank same model but I had the same issue the light is blinking but not getting charged...

The power bank is not providing constant backup and discharge very soon. Its just a month or two since I bought it from flipkart for ₹2000 and this is the kind of service it’s providing. I charge power bank and it really isn’t able to charge my phone full with it, it die very soon. Kindly resolve it and replace this powerbank.
