    Purchased earbuds from offline store in June, left pair stopped working within a fee days o[censored]se. Went to ambrane NSP delhi to get them fixed first of all, they will harass you for purchasing earbuds offline. Next after you week, when finally got earbuds back, had to complain once once again because though both sides were working now, sound quality was very bad. Hey said it will take maximum 45 days.It's been 2 weeks now that I submitted...

      Ambrane india (claim warranty on power bank) charging issue

      Phone is taking long time to charge via power bank. I have tried with different type of phones.But the same issue continues. it takes around 3 hours to charge 50% of my phones battery.the power bank is just 3 months old .please do the needful...

      Hi, I purchased the ambrane 20000 mah power bank from Amazon on 2nd march, 2022. Initially it was working fine but now it’s not charging any phones connected even though the power bank is fully charged . This is not expected as it’s not even 6 months that I have used the product. Please arrange a replacement of the product as soon as possible .

          I ordered Headphones from Cred which were of the Ambrane brand. The order I got had the outer package sealed but when I opened it, it has the box open and it was empty.

          I contacted the helpdesk but got no response.

            Product in warranty, Ambrane asking for repair cost 350 Rs

            Dear all,

            I bought Ambrane trimmer from Flipkart. It somehow stopped working after 7 months. So Ambrane asked me to send it through courier service, they promised me that they will refund upto 100Rs, but I still not received it. They provided me delhi service centre adress. So I spent 150 from my pocket and faulty product was sent to delhi. Few days after they replied me stating that I need to pay extra 350 Rs for replacement...

            Regarding product Ambrane Fitshot Zest Smartwatch Battery issue

            I have bought a Ambrane Fitshot Zest Smartwatch on 9 Feb 2022 from flipkart.
            Now i am facing issue regarding battery as on charging it is showing charging once removed charger then it showing No battery in watch however i have charged upto 3 to 4 hrs and more.
            Still issue persist.

              Hello @Ambrane India

              I recently bought a power bank from Amazon India on 5th February. It has a 6 months warranty but it seems that already the power bank has some issues.
              Whenevr i try to charge my phone it starts blinking and power back up is just negligible.

              I can’t return it on amazon as it was 7 days return only policy.

              However i request you to help me out as the product has 6 months warranty and its just hardly 25 days since the purchase.

                Hi Team,

                I purchased ambrane power bank pp-205 on 10th oct 2021. Soon the power bank stopped working and I had to go to service center. The product was not replaced but the it was fixed and it started to work.

                But Again this product has malfunctioned and it has stopped charging, I cannot keep on visiting your service center again and again for this issue. It takes valuable time and money to visit your service center.

                Kindly replace this product from my home or provide pickup facility.
