I had called the service center that is located in 48/7 b. P. Road birati, west bengal. I got extremely impolite behaviour from the executive. Firstly he accused me of something that i was totally unaware of. He got a call from someone earlier that day at 1:30 a. M.in the morning. And i called around 9:30 a. M.in the morning. He assumed it was me who called me at 1:30 a. M. And behaved extremely rudely with me and hunged up the phone in my mouth.
After reaching the centre i called him again he did the same thing, without even listening to me he hunged up the phone. I again called him and he asked me to call him around 2:30 pm and then he would say me when to come. It was about 12 pm when i called him. Earlier over the phone he never mentioned it to me that i need to arrive there after 2:30. It was only when i reached there i came to know about it. I stay in howrah west bengal and it took me 1½ hours to reach the service centre. I again called him and said him to hear me up and then hung up the phone. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Two and half hours i had to roam about in the streets in that scorching heat of the sun.
