I was purchased this earphone from more hyper 0n dated[protected] but product was not run successfully and reported sound issue so iwas given at there service center for repair or exchange product but service center officer said that product is not repairable so it has to be change but same product not available in service center so you can collect this after few days but come after confirmation given mobile number on job sheet after that i was tried so many time call to given number but it was either switch off or answer not ready instead of all i was consulted there customer care but they also helpless they said visit to service center,
but in my concern i can not visit service center without confirmation of service center because if i return without product i have to pay 2 litter Petrol worth Rs.161 and parking Charge Rs 50 entry and Rs.20 Per hour and my dented working Rs, 120/hour

Updated by Triveni Shanker Dear Concern i was called given number on job sheet and from his customer care but nobody have receive cal i have already mention that if i visit service center and return without product that will loss of around 2000 if Ambrane ready to pay i'll visit asap
