[Resolved]  Ambrane India — My power bank was replaced

I got MiniCharge 20 for my long work schedules but it came with a small issue. The inbuilt Type-C cable connection was loose and charging would stop if the cable moved. It was annoying because the whole point was to avoid carrying extra cables. I contacted support and they accepted the replacement after checking my order details. It took a few days but the new unit seems fine so far. It lasts me through 1-2 full days and the fast charging speed helps.
