Ambrane India — not working of power bank

Address:Az 2/39,New Navy Nagar,colaba,Mumbai.

I have purchased a Ambrane power bank in Oct 19 through flip kart.now it not get charge or provide charging .I can not able to approach service center due to lockdown.
Pls suggest accordingly.
