Ambrane India — Power bank pp 7000mah | |||
Dear sir, I have placed online order to infibeam for one power bank pp 70000 which was delivered by ambrane india by paying cash of rs. 1030/- on 14/12/2015 After taking delivery and their instruction i have charge the same power bank for 10 hours but, it was faulty and was not in working condition. So every next day i have contacted ambrane india and explained my problem. They guided me to visit their service center at borivali, mumbai for check up. They have sent same power bank to delhi for servicing for thrice but, problem was not solved. Once again i have contacted delhi office and they have arranged picked up the same on 19/02/2016 from mumbai. Now almost one month has passed but still neither they have delivered my power bank nor have they given replacement. Every now and then they are giving excuses for the same. and found that we have received your product on 2nd may 2016 and we didn't
find any fault in your product so we are dispatching your product in working
condition as we received it .
