I have submitted my damaged powerbank for repairing at ambrane service center and I got RVSRN2302XCL00048 as service request number.
Ambrane provided me ticket number S230214MH2121206 based on which service center accepted the product for repairing.
I have given my product on 15th Feb for repairing and till now I have not got it.
I called service center and they told that product is not yet received from ambrane and I need to call customer care and get status. I called multiple times on ambrane customer care, but nobody picks up call.
I also wrote mail but no reply yet.
