[Resolved]  Ambrane India — Wireless charging needs proper placement

Charging stopped whenever I picked up my phone while it was charging with Ambrane Aerosync Snap. I got irritated thinking I received a defective product. I called to complain but the customer service guy told me that the wireless needs proper alignment and the magnet grips best when the phone is flat. Now I mostly keep it on desk or in car phone holder. It is compact and works smoothly like that.
