Ambrane India — Worked fine once I matched the power requirement

I contacted customer support after my laptop randomly stopped charging with RCTT-15 cable even though it worked fine with my phone. I assumed the cable was not proper so reached out to customer support for an exchange. But the support person explained wattage requirements and asked which adapter I was using. Turns out the adapter was the limitation and asked me to switch chargers. I did that and the cable worked fine. It feels sturdy and hasn’t shown wear so far, though data transfer speeds are fairly basic.
