[Resolved]  Ambrane — power bank is not charging the phone

I bought an ambrane p-1311 power bank from snapdeal on 30/7/2017, which i received a few days later.

Initially, i didn't use the power bank much and it worked fine. A week later, the power bank started turning off immediately and it was needed to be power on frequently.

And now, the power bank doesn't charge my phone or any other phone at all! I have tried changing the cable, charging the power bank to full, turn on/off, but nothing has worked.

Since snapdeal has a week's return policy, i can't return the item either. And i'm pretty sure of it being a faulty device. So kindly provide a replacement asap.

I have bought Ambrane 20000mAH power bank last year but due to some reasons couldn't use it that time. Now after lockdown when I get to use this, I see it is not charging my phone although the power bank is fully charged. I tried with multiple phones and cables. Please let me know where can I get the Ambrne service center in Bangalore and what is the solution for the same.

I have brought an Ambrane 20000mAh power bank in October 2021. Initially, it was working fine, but suddenly it is not getting on/charge.

And it has a 6month Manufacturing warranty.
Kindly replace my product asap.
