To any customers with a complaint.

We have found multiple complaints registered on sites that are identical to complaints posted here. We've been informed these have originated from the same IP address, and have reason to believe these have been posted by a competitor over the last year. We endeavour to track down and resolve any complaints, however in cases where names of businesses aren't left, we have no way of finding which complaints are genuine and which are not. If...

Not good enough

Having been pestered over the phone for money I think I know what I have paid for but nothing in writing I have asked for email confirmation of products bought but do not get any response and the next phone call tells me I have got it wrong and more money has to be paid .Why are we all just moaning on this site we should get together and act against this company before some one else gets fleeced...

Not good enough

I too have been pestered for more money all done over the phone nothing in writing so have no proof of what has been said or what has been sold to me every time I think I understand what I have paid for I am told something different and it will cost more.Have requested email confirmation of conversations but none are forthcoming.Why is everyone moaning and doing nothing about this enough complaints put together and maybe something could be...

False promises, rubbish website

I too was promised a website for £99, they built me a rubbish website so I agreed to a gold site at a discount rate. The gold site never went live, tried to get my money back, they took a further £500 off my credit card without my consent, I've since cancelled my credit card so they can't get any more out if me, I can't believe how gullible I was. Do not use AMCS....

Cheated me and my company.

Hi, AMCS Internet gave me false information about building a website for Mathews Electrical Services, Swansea, SA66TT.I PAID £99.00+VAT, They didn't make a website for me on live or not sent any invoice to me, they are really cheating company to normal customers. Please take any action aganist them Thanks Mathews Electrical Services....

BRONZE PACKAGE

DONE THE SAME HERE TO ME BRONZE PACKAGE, THEN TOLD ME WASNT ANY GOOD AFTER TAKING PAYMENT, PESTER ME ON PHONE TRYING TO SELL ME OTHER PACKAGE AND I REFUSED, SENT ART PARK THAT COULD LOG ONTO TOLD THEY COULD SET IT UP FOR ME, THAT WAS BEFORE XMAS, GETTING PHONE CALLS TRYING TO SELL ME THE SAME PACKAGE I ALREADY BOUGHT, AND HAVNT RECIEVED AND YESTERDAY AFTER VARIOUS EMAILS TO THEM AND NOTHING BACK JOCK CALLS AGAIN TRYING TO MUGG ME INTO ANOTHER...

We signed up to go with AMCS in May 2013 after getting promised an all singing and dancing fantastic Website. haven't delivered what they said

I paid £118 for domain name and 4 page website. They then took a further £589.80 off my card for google optimisation i received nothing no domain name no website nothing. They dont reply to your e mails or calls.
I filed a complaint by post e mail and phone i had no response.
I have since spoke to other companies they have ripped off.
I stopped my card and notified my bank.

I want a full refund...
