American Express Credit Card — Incorrect information to CIBIL

I was holding an Amex Credit Card in the year 1992 and had reported about the mis use of my card and accordingly the charges were reversed however AMEX is still reporting in CIBIL about the waiver. I got a surprise when an application for my home loan was being processed. Please help me and remove the adverse reporting to CIBIL. I don't have any record with me now to substantiate the fact and I absolutely not aware what waiver AMEX had given to me The Card was in name of Dilip Bhagtani
