On 17 march 2020 i have despatched my faulty item bluetooth headset to surat office that was received by surat center on 18 march 2020 Surat center has also despatched the same to company address and it was delivered to company also I have done chat on whatsapp number [protected] who confirmed with surat center that product was received by surat and they despatched also to company address During the lock down period chat support whatsapp number [protected] has bounced me to another chat support whatsapp number [protected] person name rajkumar He confirmed on 23 may that product has been received at company workshop but no staff yet started working so once it will start we will send you replacement soon Now first chat support whatsapp number [protected] is telling that contact to chat support whatsapp number [protected] person name rajkumar and that rajkumar is neither giving me messages reply nor picking up my call I am just bouncing between both chat support numbers So what the hell is this Today is 16 june 2020 Still i have not received any replacement Is this quality of service of amkette???!!! If amkette company has no guts for faulty product replacement then just tell me clearly so i can treat my money donated to great company amkette who has totally non-reliable and hopeless workers and support team who just bounce customer here to there Is this practice of company that bounce the customer around chat support 1, chat support 2 and local service center???!!!
