Amkette — service center worst | |||||
I purchased a amkette usb 2.0 hub 4 port in april 2018. Suddenly the device not working. I checked for service center in your website and its in the below address. "9, alsa mall left wing, 15 montieth road, egmore, chennai – 600018". When i visited this office this center is closed and locked. I was shocked. They put notice in door stating service center shifted to this address "111b, 2nd avenue extn, near chintamani signal, anna nagar east,, chennai, tamil nadu 600102". When i tried to contact the service center they said the person is not available right now please contact after 4 p. M. Worst service. Please update the correct address in your website so that people will not get disappointed in future and make a person available all time in service center to service better Was this information helpful? | |||||
