Hi,
AMR sold the commercial office, shops and I-homes on basis of 12% return but after 2 yrs they stopped paying returns and stopped their construction and no hope in future whether they will even give the purchased unit.how action will be initiated on then.

AMR has issued PDC to their commercial buyer against agreed term and condition but buyers facing problem regarding cheque clearance, cheques getting dishonoured frequently and AMR is not taking any serious action on this, they simply reply we don't have funds, so is it a legal way to response to buyers?
in this case what we can do?

We have purchases commercial shop in great adventure mall from AMR infrastructure of 300 sq ft in Noida, Yamuna Expressway. As per our agreement that AMR will pay 12% assured return till possession and after possession company leased out the shop and will return 11% of its cost, but after 1.5 years they have stopped paying the assured return.
So, I request you here if you can help us to log the complaint against them and provide us justice.

2425/11, Gurudwara Road, Opp. HDFC Bank, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110 005, of
300 sq ft in Noida, Yamuna Expressway. As per our Builder Buyer agreement that
AMR will pay 12% assured return till possession and after possession company
leased out the shop and will return 11% of its cost, but now they have stopped
paying the assured return while we still do not get possession.
When we enquiry about situation and condition of shop and
assured return, Builder is refusing to pay further assured return and secondly
they cheated us in allotment document, They allotted us Kiosk in place of shop, to see this, we shocked and asked to them
about this fraud allotment, that why they did with us but not listing our voice
and also using threatening languages.
So, I request you here if you can help us to log the
complaint against them and provide us justice.
