Amrapali Group — 22 lacs paid 5 years back to book flat in crystal homes sector 76 noida-A big fraud

I booked a flat (1375 sqft) in tower T-1 in crystal hoe by Amrapali group. The construction has not even started in 2017 almost 5 years of paying 22 lacs of my hard earned money.
In these 5 years i developed severe health issues which had started to show in 2012 itself and I wanted to have a flat in next 3-4 years to safeguard the future of my famiy.
This builder is so heartless that neither they are alloting something in completed stage nor refunding my money and there is no one to interact or give an answer when I go to their office or call them.
It was my saving of 15 years of service which I gave them in one go. There is no one whom I can go to. If I go to court it may take time, I have requested and pleaded but to no vail.
I have never been able to meet any senior person. They make me and my family members wait for full full day and in evening say that they cannot meet as they are busy.
I feel I am living in a society where a middle class person is the most helpless person.
