Amrapali Group — Flat construction and handover pending

Address: 4 Ramanichatterjee road near doverlane kolkata 29, Kolkata, West Bengal

Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect I be to inform you that I and my mother booked two flats at Rakhaldas auddy road .chetla kolkata 27 in the month of July 2013 with developer name Amrapali hirise pvt ltd (Mr Molay Bose) and have made full payment via cheque.
However till date Mrs Bose has not done any construction nor returned my money paid.
Consumer case has been filed in December 2016 having case no cc/568/2016 and cc149/17 is still pending with the learned court.
Under such circumstances requesting your intervention and guidance so that I can get my flat at the earliest.
