Amtec Engineers — Fraud call and money deducted 6999/- from credit card

I have received a call on my mobile no [protected] on 20.03.2015 at 3.24 PM from Tel No: [protected] and the person from other has told me that on my HDFC credit card some rewards points has been accumulated worth around Rs 8000/- and that reward points is expirted and reward point is converted into payback point and i will get a free gift RS-6999/- against the payback point to activate the pay back point.She told me she require some information about my card to verify the card, but i told that right now iam not having the credit card i cannot give details of my card, i also ask her if the pay back point is expired then why you are giving me the gift. So she told me it is the payback point and we have to give to customer and it is our company loyalty program for the valuable customer then she told me call me next day so that on 21.03.2105 at around 10.27 AM and asked to carry my credit card with me.So on 21.03.2015 at 10.42 & 10.51 AM. She called me and told to verify the address/card number /7 digit CVV No back on my card etc., So i told her no credit card comapny is asking for CVV No so why you are asking the CVV number, so she reply to verify from company verification me then only HDFC Bank will give gift for the 6999/- then i ask whether genuine call or not, then so she said she is sending OTP(One time Password) on my mobile [protected] by saying her employee code : 335897 name Payal Sharma. So at 11.14 AM on 21.03.2015. i had message from AM-HDFCBK that one time password(OTP) XXX1519 is 579693, so i presume that calling is genuine i given her all details like Address/ card number/CVV No back on my card etc., and she also told me that there will be two process one is IVR another is giving OTP to the operator. valid from, valid upto they used to interact in Hindi even though iam calling in English. Again call came about the conformation of address and i got the message starting that amount of 6999/- was payed on my HDFC credit card ending xxxx1519 on 21.03.2015 at 11.16.01 at Amtec Engineers_PayTM. I had some doubt for verification, called to HDFC Customer care [protected] and escalated the issue happened to me they had finalised that it is a fraud call. I had explained the messages came from the HDFC, they are right messages came from HDFC so right now i had blocked my credit card.HDFC exceutive said that money will be refunded from the Ametic Engineers PayTM. They are doing systamatically so that we do not any doubt. Please sir try to recover the money which i had lost due to fraud call(HDFC has to pay back my money or it has to get from Amtec Engineers).HDFC should pay because of sending OTP password with out my knowledge. HDFC should refund my account.Please intimate all to public about this type of issues.
