[Resolved] Amtrust Mobile Solution — complaint related to oriental insurance company | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My name is sumit kumar and my oriental isurance policy no - [protected]. Imei no-[protected], I claimed for my mobile samsung j5 prime in the mobile company but i did not recieve from the insurance company till now my mobile was being damaged after this incident i claimed to the amtrust mobile solutions but they did not consider my claim. I did not complete the period one year of the insurance. The phone can not be repaired and also told that extra rs-3354 will need to be submitted and then a new phone samsung j6 will be given in place of samsung reason being samsung phone is currently not in stock. Somehow extra rs-3354 paid to amtrust and still new phone i. E. Samsung j6 is not received, nor they are telling when i can expect to receive the phone . My mobile diaplay was damage i claim the insurance they pick my handset at my home they said me the ur handset will be repair with in 10 wrking days but already 20 days have done when i called him they asked me ur handset is under repairing the dont give my phn back reburt me...when my handset i got..
