Amtrust Mobile Solutions — not accepting fir copy

Respected sir,

I purchased samsung c9 pro on date 20 feb 2017 from ezone.
On 07 june 2017 my samusung phone was stolen. I complaint against it on next day in borivali police station as well as i claimed at tecprotec asia pvt ltd.

There was an executive who handle my case of mobile insurance.
I agree there was wrong statement filled by police but police said it's section 380 which granted for theft. Mobile should be claim then but miss executive refused it and said its against their poilcy.

I accept it and walked towards police stn. After 45 days with help of dcp i changed my fir which is acceptable for claim.

Then these fraud company said its not true copy we need stamp on supplement.

Now they said that fir isn't valid as there is supplement of fir got from police station in which clearly mentioned the "door was closed at the moment of stealing".

Please do needful to solve my case, i am waiting from last 60 days!
