I claimed for my mobile samsung j7 max in the mobile company but i did not recieve from the insurance company till now my mobile was being damaged after this incident i claimed to the amtrust mobile solutions but they did not consider my claim. I did not complete the period one year of the insurance. This is my humble request to you please make my mobile claim from the company. My phone was claimed and after the claim they took the phone and i got my phone is still under repair. They picked up my phone on 08 July 2018 and still I am waiting for my phone. I had called customer care many times but they told me to wait. Amtrust service is very bad.
