Amul Dairy — ice cream

I bought Amul Epic choco almond icecrem from a Tardeo vendor ( Aarey Sarita, Sop no. 19, near Sardar Pau Bhaji restaurant, Tardeo.Mumbai 400007) having following details:

GAM0411 4
Rs 40.00

"Amul EPIC CHOCO ALMOND with Belgium Chocolate" is printed in bold on the carton .
Also, almond chips /flakes are shown in picture of the ice cream on the carton.

I am very disappointed to find that there was no trace of almond chips or flakes in it.

It is stated on the outer carton -- Ingredients of the Outer layer : almonds 2.5%'
Now for mere 2.5% almonds content, ice cream can not be called as CHOCO ALMOND and show a generous amount of almonds in the photograph on carton. Also, is there any evidence of chocolate being Belgium chocolate?
The ice cream stick 80 ml / 55 g is also priced steeply at Rs. 40
This amounts to cheating the customers.

It is more than two weeks and there has been no response from Amul / GCMMF customer support or from your side.
What is the use of our addressing complaints to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum in such details after lots of effort, if Amul / GCMMF customer support has scant respect for the customer as well as for the Forum?
Pl take the complaint seriously.

It is very surprising that till date ( ie one and a half months since my complaint ) no action has been taken from your side regarding my complaint [ID: 2105433] of Oct 10, 2018 and further my Complaint Status Update dated Oct 27, 2018.
You have only sent me following message ;
Complaint Status :
[Oct 11, 2018] Amul / GCMMF customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

You have not even checked with us whether Amul company has contacted us or resolved the matter.
Dear sir / madam, is this the only part Consumer Complaints Forum of India plays? If Amul / GCMMF customer support does not reply or clarify to consumers, and has scant respect for the customer as well as for the Forum are you going to act as a mute spectator?
Now we doubt whether Consumer Complaints Forum is supporting the Customers or the manufacturers or is it a toothless organization.

I have purchased amul buttermilk and price is mentioned on product is 5 rupees and shopkeeper is charging 6 rs. Is company rise the price of product or shopkeeper is charging according to his need.
