Since last three days, the milk in amul shakti pouches is very bad. Cream (Milk fat) is not present.in fact it does not seem to be milk, instead it is either powder milk or the artificial tea special milk. Ut is very thick in appearance and very bad in taste. They are cheating us. Tea special milk is actually not milk. It is a powdered version of milk solids. A company so reputed as amul should look into the matter and resolve it before its too late.

I want to do complaints about my registration amout not refund yet i have talked with s k pandey and others people's also they said company will after returning 21 days n now they said again i[censored] want to do police complaints u can do but we can't refund yours amount but before they said company will refund after 3 months if have u taken franchises also they will not return but now again they said dont want to return my amount so please dear sir/madam we are respectfully requesting u do my settlement with s k pandey 25200 amount registration fee which i have send it to him by online

Dear sir,
I applied a form from amul.com to get the distributorship of amul.
I received a mail from [protected]@amulindiadistributor.com to deposit 3
Lac rupees in the mentioned a/c in the attached doc.
I received multiple calls from r s sodhi ([protected]) /sandeep patel
([protected], [protected]) for deposit money.
I deposited money to a/c:[protected] ifsc:kkbk0002852, surat, kotak
Mahindra bank using two accounts: [protected] & [protected].
They cheated me and doing same for others. I have all proof documents
And audio recordings. Please help me to refund my money (3 lac).

We are a regular customer of amul since ages.in september 2018 i have purchase desi ghee tins, to use the same in my navartri pooja. But i have found that it is having wax instead of ghee, which is major issue. As the same product is used in our kitchen for our small kids. Therefore i have registered a complaint in september 2018, complaint no. 32733. But no action has been taken since today. After much pressure on retailer, he arranged an amul representative who collected sample. But no information is provided to us till date.

This is inform to you that your amul garden jantanagar chandkheda centre is very unprofessional behavior... I am regular use of amul tazza tretra pack... I am nutrients... So i regular purchase... Today i purchased 2 pack of amul tazza tretra pack and pay 120/- rs cash... And then he recall me and said that i paid 110/-.. And behave like i am chor... This is very sad to say... That i will not purchase now amul product and all my nutrition centre in gujarat bacase of it... Thank you

Complaint no 32658Complaint no 32658 I have complaint on 17th October 2018. I bought 5kg milk in sector 40, gateno.1Ggn.this shop in front of my house Sector 40, 1Gp, gate no.1, Gurgaon .the validity date of milk 18.10.2018, but the milk have damaged(fit Gaya) pn17.10.2018.I have complaint many times telephonecally. Every time when I called, mam wait for one week.Till date reply is still awaited.please send the status of complaint no 32658.Today again I tried Mr Nitish, Mr Rajive told me mam wait.but after few minutes phone has been disconnected.again I tried ur phone repeat the fixed line Representative will answering the call. This is anand chaturvedi from sultanpur uttar pradesh. Price which is written of amul full cream milk for half liter is 26 but in sultanpur most of vendors is selling it of rs. 27 or rs.28. When i asked them why do you do so, they told i do charge for retaining it cold... May i know why amul milk is being selled beyond mrp in sultanpur uttar pradesh

Its complaint regarding amul outlet at irma gate anand. It dont have the stock i have asked for today. So i was contemplating what to purchase.in the mid i was intervened by the counter sales person "tere ko kya chahie jaldi bata, time khota mat kar".
And his tone was very rude and agressive it disturbed me to the core. I asked him to talk in proper manner. He told will you teach me how to behave i dont have time else i have showed you how to behave. I was taken aback so i just jept quite and moved away.
Hope the behaviour of these people improve in future.

We run a kariyana store at sec 22 Dwarka with the name of Kailash General Store
Numerous times we have found that sealed pack of Amul Masti Dahi is under weight. It is supposed to be of 400gms but it weights 300 gms
We have escalated the issue many times with local merchant of sec 22, Dwarka Delhi but he has never reverted back with any resolution.
Now writing you with the intention to look into the matter and provide some resolutions.

We amul product seller partners along with amul product customers are very dissatisfied with unaviability of products & price high with different mrp by two distributors of chapra (Saran).

Myself on behalf of customers and small retailers raising this concern for your direct intervention as these two whole sell distributors are doing this due to will issue and at same time promoting other brand with same related products.

So i bought the green t flavoured chocolate by amul. I am so dissappointed about the fact that there was no green tea flavour at all! It is just a block of their plain chocolate variant and has no green tea flavour. The branding is just a hoax! Very dissapointed at having wasted my money here. If they cannot get the flavour right then please stop selling this to customers who expect a good green tea flavoured chocolate but are always dissapointed by this plain chocolate! Live up to the branding amul.

At bokaro steel city, jharkhand, stores where amul products esp curd and milk are available they are charging much more than mrp from consumers stating that the extra is being demanded from them too by the distributors. This is happening across many local stores here. A complaint in this regard was made to you earlier as well from this same city. But it seems no action has been taken till date. May kindly look into the matter and resolve it once and for all. I hope this complaint is not falling on deaf ears.

I have purchased amul ghee from ganga supermarket mira road.

When i started using this product i realised the product is not good compared to the last product which i have purchased from the same store.

The product is totally unhealthy and i believe its duplicate or they had mixed something which is unhealthy.

I have returned the product to the store but let me who will return the amount.

I purchased cow ghee of amul company from grofers. As i am a regular ghee user, i found amul cow ghee without flavour and it was too solid for delhi's summer weather. I have been an amul desi ghee user throughout but lately i am having doubts on this product's purity that's why this time i bought it from grofers but unfortunately faced the same experience i don't know what to do, from where to buy a genuine product and where to speak against these duplicate products and that too when you find online sites like grofers too have big big flaws like selling duplicate topline products.

Actually today i bought 2 bottles of amul taaza milk each costing ₹14, so when i opened one bottle the milk in it was spoiled and the lumps was in it.. The manufacturing date was 30 june 2018 and it was best before 180 days. Kindly help me with this matter the customer care are not picking up calls and this how we are been cheated. The company is not providing good quality product. Kindly have a check on amul products.

I had purchased two small packet of Amul Taaza (200ml) and found both the package were damaged. It smells very foul like rotten eggs or curd. I had tried to contact the Amul customer care several times but they never paid any response. So I had mailed them on 10/11/2018 with entire details along with the manufacturing and packaging. Yet there is no response. It seems Amul has intentionally did this nuisance.

I had bought 10 box of Amul Kaju Katli (200gm Each) from D-Mart, Deep chambers, Manjalpur (Bill Attached) on 28/10/2018. From one of the box, a dead worm is observed (Photos attached).

As we had consumed almost all pieces of sweet, we are unable to return the box at D-Mart.

As this can lead to food poisoning, hereby request you to investigate the matter & refund the amount paid.
