Amul / Gcmmf — amul paneer ( cube) having worms and insects inside

When I opened the pack of Amul Paneer it was having more than 100 worms and 3 insects dead inside. I never expected Amul of quality issue but this incident have raised a bigger concern. I have a daughter 2 years old who could have eaten this and during the lockdown period who would be responsible for any emergency?
