Dear sirs,
During these days of covid outbreak o[censored]tter want and necessity of basic needs, a ruthless amul distributor located in kesar baug road, indore is refusing to offer daily home delivery service in lokmanyanagar, indore, an area which is very close to his outlet.
He has already been giving service to his old customers in lokmanyanagar. The ridiculous reasons he is giving are 'lack of man power' and 'delivery boy is overloaded'.
In fact, many other local milkmen are promptly giving their service everywhere in indore.
Due to the reasons of hygiene we willingly stopped receiving milk (Home delivery) from a local dairy and insisted on purchasing packaged milk, produced by a time-tested brand such as amul and here we are suffering at the hands of a third class and rude 'service provider'...
