I have buyed Amul buttermilk but i has bad taste and it was not expired at all but i have buyed another buttermilk it does not have bad taste...

I am your happy customer for all your products specially ice cream and dark chocolate as well,

But I have been charge extra retailer charging higher than actual MRP price on amul milk ( 90 Days) on product MRP price is 30 rupees and retailer taking 35 rupees so it’s taking extra 5 rupees on each milk packets of 30 rupees.

So I said why you taking more extra charge on milk packets without any cooling

Then retailer told me if you want this milk packets buy as per this charge called 35 rupees rather than actual 30 rupees otherwise don’t buy it I have more customers and many more customers ready to buy 35 rupees

So, Therefore it is requested that pleading the necessary action on below mentioned distributor so anyone can not face this same problem.

I purchased a amul butter 100gm. From Laxmi general Store A-5/14 rohini sector 15 delhi dt.21 may 2022it is tasteless, taste like a oil I lodged a complainant via email to amul
Reference ID –236619 but till now there is no response from amul kindly do the needful

We have been eating Amul icecreams regularly since the past decade. Recently the icecream in the family packs seems to be a bit off. Butterscotch icecream, which is typically yellow in colour and filled with crunchy butterscotch, lately I have recieved packs with the same icecream being orangish to pinkish. The packs I received were recently manufactured a month back.

We have started amul franchisee after having loss we decided to shut the business. we have apllied for our security deposit refund, but no response from amul.

I am regular client of Amul milk. Today I had purchased 2.5 kg milk packets from my regular shop. When I pour the milk into a container I found ants 🐜 in milk. I have also shown the same to shopkeeper. Please find the attachment of snaps that i had clicked.

Request you to do the needful.
Complaint already done on 03-may-22, but nobody cares at customer care.

Amul ghee is adulterated. Customers are paying money for pure amul ghee but are getting impure adulterated Ghee.

I had my Amul Parlour by the name STACY AMUL PARLOUR, in new maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat State and I closed that parlour in December 2021, and I submitted the parlour closure documents to Amul officials for my deposit refund of Rs. 25000.

Today, its almost 5 months and I have not received my payment back from AMUL, and since last 5 months, whenever I call the concerned persons, either they have the same answer, it is under process or they will not pick my calls.

I have a question for AMUL, does everyone, who closes their Amul parlour for whatever reason, suffers the same like me and don't get their refunds of deposit payment.

I hope Indian Consumer Complaints will listen to my voice and do the needful.

I had bought a AMUL box of Desi Ghee.Desi ghee has been found adulterated.Its mix a Dalda in Amul Desi Ghee! Whose price is ₹ 8400.pls do need full action Please check it out.As soon as possible.

Today ! 31st May, 2022 at 9.30pm. I found a 30cm long plastic cellotape in the Amul Buffalo ghee. It is very shameful and a serious problem. What i[censored]nknowingly the plastic would have got intake after cooking and melting. Who would have been responsible for the cost of our life. Since we are genuine customer of Amul from past 10 years. we need a complete fulfilment for this shameful and careless behaviour. I want a immediate action on this !!! Or else I will not hesitate to take the complaint on the higher level.

His is on behalf of Sudhakar Shetty, my father who has selling Amul milk for past 15 years. The distributor Sunil Patil used to supply milk till dads shop until lockdown and now he is adamant that he will not supply inside and keeps it in road. My dad is a senior citizen and a bypass patient. Yesterday my dad requested the distributor to supply it in its original place... He did rougue and said u stop taking milk but I will not supply to ur shop...

Please look into this at the earliest.

We have been purchasing TONED milk and this time we found plastic pieces in the cream.

I got amul butterscotch tricone from one of the local shop near my house. When I bit into it it was extremely bitter and off putting. I felt so nauseated that I had to throw up 4-5 times and there's still bitterness left in my mouth. Mind you that the product is not anywhere near it's expiry date.

I placed order of amul lassi and payed 320rs the after some minutes i canceled it then i wait for my refund it didn't came then i called customer care they didn't recive and aftet some time i called them again and then they didn't even ready to hear my complaint and cut the phone then i emailed them and messaged on instagram still they are not replying i want that money back

A bakery shopkeeper is selling AMUL SHAKTI 500ml in ₹30 but mrp is ₹ 27.
I buy daily 4 packs. And paying ₹12 more than actual price. Please stop this. And take immediate action on this type of shopkeepers. I shall be very thank ful to you.

I purchase milk from shop named 'vijay dairy' opp Veenanagar, nr hill breeze road, LBS marg, mulund west, mumbai which always charge 1 rs. More than mrp for amul products making him thousands way more daily.

Kindly abstain from selling milks through such vendors or i am forced to unionize and make a legal complaint.

I am into Scooping parlour in padrauna a city in uttarpradesh which falls under gorakhpur zone.
Sir in this 8 months of work we had orders worth 32lacks by adding into cart but were able to get around 7 only.
Because of minimum steps from BM sir and other product related officers we had fight with local distributors.
One of the fresh and icecream distributor not only filled fake application upon me stopped delivery of product.we travelled 70kilometers to buy products for our store.
After which he personally called every distributor of my zone to not let se buy anything.
We had total 45 carat of milk with 12 days of our work that too 660, 670, 680(rates)which was 20 carat since last 4 years under last distributor so the old distributor took it personally and took such steps till this day we just watch milk trucks crossing our shop everyday but cant avail a single carat of milk.
In recent the ice distributor also was not getting orders so he joined creambell for icecream by side.
And even sold creambell icecream in amul cart.we already were daily thrashed by our regular coustumer moreover it was my only dream to work my all best for a company i had my life and investment on stake after lockdown.
We too brought 50k icecream by cream bell for time being but the officer of our zone for ice cream on his second visit in this last 8th month started saying we are going to close your APO with his miracle punch "tum to gaye".
I am calling BM sir but he too is saying let the distributor do what he feels you are at no position to do anything in such way.
This was the same guy who was too silent once the same distributor not only stopped delivering me but ordered every one in zone not to get me a single product ever.
For the shake of scooping we dont get much more then of 40thousand bill of icecream in month.
We dont get single carat of milk since last 3 months the wedding season is gone.Our investment has failed sir.
I am not able to live up with such failure.
Just because i am an APO my demands needs are on very least and every single norms follows for us only. If its distributor its all fine but us.
Sir my family and me wont be able to take this sir i am the only working in my family and running my scooping parlour 20 hours in all 7 days of week.
Sir BM sir is clearly asking me written resgination.
I will suicide the next day i pen it out to them.
Please help me i am trying to reach by every mean i am working with amul for not just brand name but for morale cause too.
Please look into my case and resolve it as m loosing hope, status and my breath too this is killing me everyday.
