Hi, I'm Sharmila Goswami. Today I'm telling you that whole Vrindavan Amul Milk retailer are selling Amul Milk Gold 500 ltr. pack higher than price. The price is printed is 30.00 Rs. but shopkeeper give in 31.00 Rs. They says that company empowers him to selling higher than the price. If you really gives that kind of power, so why not you were printed it?

    I have purchased amul rasamalai 500g from ambika medical shop from Badlapur west on 24th March’22, It was frozen so I kept it in hot water for 10 minutes post we opened to consume the product but the product was stale and was smelling sour so I went to medical shop to return but he refused to return us money back, l want resolution as we have paid 200, I am sharing the image of the box and product for your reference.

      Here in my area, local shops are charging more than mrp on your products like amul shakti, Gold etc.
      by saying they are preserving it in freezer so for that reason, they ask 1Rs. extra.

        Dear Amul team

        I bought Amul family pack ice cream in this week from Vadodara and when I opened it, there was only 30-40% of net content. Box is empty more than half.

        This is not the first instance I face the same issue. I m experiencing the same issue third time.

        How can it so frequent and being one of the largest dairy, questions arise what the quality standards you are following at the manufacturing site.

          I am Anurag Awasthi from Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. I own an Amul Parlor in the heart of the city. I started business three years ago and have done good so far even though we have gone through very tough times. I’ve been struggling to get Amul products from distributors for a long time and unable to keep up with the sales. I complained many times to the area manager and some other Amul officers but they are not doing anything because they are getting some sort of commission from distributors. The current two distributors Dairy and Ice cream both are located outside of the town and I’m in the middle of the city (Downtown Area). So, If I get a customer with a big order then, they don’t supply the product to me because they know that if I won’t be able to fulfill the order then, the customer will directly go to them because Ratlam is a very small city.

          I request you to please do something for me otherwise I will have to shut down the business. I’ve been asking for distributorship for a long time because I get big orders from customers but current area managers are corrupt and they don’t want to do anything for me. Please do something ASAP.

            The item’s manufacturing date was 7th Jan 2022 however it had fungus in it. I used the packet for the first time and didn’t realise that it was bad… My stomach started aching and my health went bad.. I checked the packet and realised it was covered with Green fungus.

            The quality was extremely bad.

              Hello Sir/ Madam,

              This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Amul cheese (500g) on 14th March 2022 from Reliance Jio Uttarahalli (Bangalore) . On opening the packet, I saw the fungus formation in 2 of the cubes (not sure if there are still the defective ones in the packet).

              The manufacture date is 26th Sept 2021 and best before is 9months from packing.

              I have attached all the screenshots in the mail. Request you to kindly check and do the needful.

                Complaint...
                I have purchased some chocolates from small town of district Lakhimpur Kheri Uttar Pradesh. When i opened these i found less weight in packets. Immediately i informed to company through email.
                The company executive ( Mobile number[protected] called me and told me very respectfully and politely . The executive said that you would have to visit Amul store (JAIN AGENCIES) which is situated in city Palia Kalan, district Lakhimpur Kheri (Uttar Pradesh).

                Few days back (07/03/2022)I visited the Amul distributer is namely Jain Agencies of Palia Kalan (Uttar Pradesh) for resolve the issue. When i reached at store some one is sitting behind counter (aged app. 47 years) and the second person (who is looking distributer/owner of the store) is sitting on chair ( aged app.70 years )which chair is covered by white towel). I told that the respected Amul executive told me to visit here for resolve issue which is arisen by less chocolate and told all my problem. Meanwhile I told them that I am living in Punjab. Then I have registered my complaint through email to company. It is very difficult to come back Uttar Pradesh for complaint to shopkeeper. The person who is sitting behind counter it talk to me very politely and respectfully. But who is sitting on white back covered chair is started to me misbehaviour. He asked me why are you complaint to company etc.etc.

                I am confused that What is going on.
                I have question about this matter follow-

                1) Is Amul company giving insulation certificate/ permit/franchisee to Amul distributer for insulting to customer. If yes, your company allow to your distributes to do such rude language/ misbehaviour then this behaviour is included in MRP of your products.

                This is very good offer that buy any product of Amul and get misbehaviour/ insulation free from owner of Amul Distributer.
                Very exciting office by Amul.

                        Hello, this side from M Mart Grocery store, I want to complaint against salesman Jitender who is appointed for our area Fatehpur beri, South Delhi. He never comes at store to take orders we have to call him several times to give orders for our store but from last two weeks he his not taking any orders from us without any issue. I request to the representative to plz look over it.

                          I purchased a pack of amul butter 1kg( 50 units x 20 g) batch no. MAG 2995 around 1 month ago and now I opened it and found that butter is completely destroyed and covered with mildew over it, may be one o[censored]s would have eaten it and we would have to go to the hospital because of your poor quality stuff and adulterated product.

                          I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible and compensate me for the same because it could result in grave consequences if somebody ate it .
                          This is soo much disappointing that such a renowned company like amul is selling such kind of adulterated products or someone else is selling adulterated Amul product in large super markets

                          I look forward to your response and resolution on this matter. If I didn't hear from you with in 7 days, I will file a complaint against you to the appropriate consumer agencies, before food adulteration department and consider other legal alternatives available to me .

                            This is with reference to the Amul Cow milk which i am using for past 4 years. Since last 2 months the quality of the milk has been deteriorated. Besides, after the milk is boiled it goes even worse. There is no fat and milk quality looks like white water. Quite often there is an issue which has come across wherein our retailer says that due to some fault at Amul production line company is only doing half litre packaging instead of 1 or 2 litres. The same issue came during lock down as well for a period of 8 monhs. This is a surprise to me as every company has a back up plan for handling such large volume and cannot afford such lame excuse. There were numerous concens raised by many people however all in vein to Amul staff, Customer care and distributors. Rather after calling the Customer care they confimed that there are some changes done in the process and cannot do anything. The executive rather told me to opt for the higher segment i.e. Amul Gold instead to Amul Cow milk. I must say the company has got imcompetent Customer care and Quality department. I wish i could ask question to Mr R S Sodhi about the Company Business ethics and quality/production control parameters.

                              I'm ranjeet jaiswal and mr. Akhilesh kumar is our milkman(amul delivery man).
                              I think he's thinking that he is the boss and no one can complaint him. I tried helpline no. But anyone didn't response to my complaint. so please do some work please don't ignore me I'm small business but I want to grow more n more. Mr. Akhilesh kumar cancel my order many times for he has no reason. He just said to me- you ordered only half carret so I cancelled your if you not give me full carret order then I can't manage our order. Please sir file my complaint and call him for that.                                   "Mfg. by Pacific laminates GPCB/47570/95/[protected]" written on the wrapper. Doesn't it mean[protected] is the manufacturing date. Cause on the packet 23 Oct 2021 is given as manufacturing date. It is unusual. So which one should I consider it?

                                    AMIDHARA is one amul agency owned by Nemish N Vithalani. This person sells each amul milk packet with 1/- above MRP.

                                    if we resist then, either he refuse to sell milk to us saying milk is finished or we need to tender him exact change every time we go to shop. He is more of harassing type person.

                                    he even proudly and openly boast that complaining against him anywhere will not cause anything to him.

                                    kindly look sympathetically into this issue and take appropriate action against this errand propriter of AMUL agency.

                                        We have been consumers of Amul since many years. However, since the past three months, the quality has been horrendous. Even full cream and buffalo milk has been slim and odorous. It has no nutritional value especially for the cost. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
