Please note that all the retailers in Andheri West Mhada area behind Versova Telephone Exchange are charging Re. 1 extra for every milk packet and they siad that it is also in the company's pamphlet that they can take extra charge in the name of cooling.

I bought a 1kg tetra pack of Amul pure ghee from a shop here in faridabad almost 3 weeks back.
The said product is so pathetic in taste and smell as it's a kind of combination of chemically prepared products.
I dropped a complaint over the phone with ur customer service team rep. Name Sumit dated dec. 19th 2021 and I was told that with in 4 days issue will be resolved but nothing happened yet.
I called today dec. 24th 2021 and spoken to customer. Service rep. Ajay Nagar.
First of all his voice is so lethargic which felts like sleeping at home. I asked for supervisor or manager but he said no one available in customer service. He assure me 2 days for this issue to be resolved.. Then I just informed him proactively that it's 2days holiday for X'mas and Sunday.. Then he said 4 days including these holidays.
It's seems like you have unskilled, unprofessional attitude of people working with you.
If my problem doesn't resolved by today at any reason.. It will lead to me for a legal action against your organization for which only Amul company is responsible.

It's been constantly flies found in my 500kg amul milk.
This is the 7nth time in 3 months, its looks like they have no interest on their products hygiene and protect from cross contamination.
This is waste of my money and put my health in danger.

Please do something about it asap.

I run amul ice cream parlour in kamothe Navi Mumbai sec 21.
Last 9 months we are in mess, due to lockdown and rains.
But now the scenario has become really ugly as all the dairy outlets and general stores have been given amul ice cream family packs to sell.
Tell me one thing why customer will come to amul franchise for buying ice cream??
In natural only their palour sell it, not all the outlets.
We don't have products to compare to natural.
We don't have tender coconut, custard apple which is highly in demand.
We had received tender coconut bulk but the taste was horrible like rotten coconut, this is d way we work there is no preference for the parlours.
How will a palour survive???
We want that family packs and tubs been given to palour only not to other outlets.
We don't have other options left than now to start selling vegetables and fruits, potatoes and onions

My Amul ice cream parlour since 11 years running this business after lock down Amul Destrubetor providing family packs like 750ml, 1 lite tube, 2 liter ice cream pack, near my parlour my sale was too much down and near my parlour natural ice cream come so I need a support from your side sir so help me from this situation

I have a amul ice cream parlor in kamothe area Navi Mumbai.
Here the distributor is giving stocks to all outlets so there is no business left for me as all the customer purchase from these dairy outlets
What is the use to AMUL ice cream parlor??

This amul distributor is selling amul milk higher than M.R.P. even he is using amul refrigerator and selling professional dairy products but he is charging refrigerator cooling charge on amul products. I want about this issue that if amul is provide refrigerator to all distributor when they can not sell amul products higher than M.R.P.(Maximum Retail Price), Therefore it is requested that please do the necessary action on below mentioned distributor so anyone can not face this same problem. Today 09/12/2021 During the payment collection Time, the salesman and the distributor along with his Father Gaurav Goyal came to collect the payment at my father's shop. But they didn't go the right way. The salesman and the distributor started misbehaving with my father and started to use abusive language in front of many people during the conversation. They threatened us that we will not be able to sell the amul milk by tomorrow as he is going to report a complaint against us to the amul company.
For 20 years my father has been running this business and no one can come up with a single word against my father but the way your distributor and his salesman behaves with my father is very bad and as a daughter i can not tolerate this behavior with my father. They need to apologize to my father.
As a shopkeeper I want strict action against them, And if it is possible please cancel their distributorship in our area. because next time things get worse. Maybe in the future other shopkeepers will also go through with this kind of behavior.take strict action.

I purchased a ghee from a buyer and i received a fake product from the Amul company that is unhealthy. The ghee is very yellowish in colour and no taste of ghee. I take one spoon ghee from that package than i do vomiting and also getting pain in my throat. Why the companies ply with the health of the people for the money. I want to filed the case on Amul and give the expense of my medical as well as the product i was purchased

I purchased amul cheese cube block of 200 gm from surat big bazaar and the cubes are rotten

02.12.2021- The chocolate that I bought from Amul store was spoiled. Being manufactured recently (Oct 2021) the chocolate had white marks all over it with disgusting appearance. I have attached the damaged chocolate's pictures.

Hello amul this is to inform you please don't sell your products if you can't provide margin profit to seller as we consumer has to pay extra as seller charges more saying that you don't give any profit so stop selling your products in India' and Don't call yourself indian company.

Two persons cheated me as they were calling from amul.
I enquired about amul franchise in www.amul.com., one person with amul badge as contact id contacted me saying that he called me as i enquired for franchise., when he sent all rules ., pdfs and info related to amul., i believed it was true., i was cheated ., i paid 50000 as nonrefundable deposite for registration., thereafter 75000 for security deposit which was refundable (as they said) and product min purchase amount 120000., we got doubt that they are saying all the payment details one after the other., so we are in still contact with them and would like to inform to amul before they escape and to get my funds back

Some persons approched us using amul name after we placed enquiry on amul franchise., they asked to deoosite mny for registration., pls help us with this issue

Fraudsters loot my money with the name of amul distribution

I have purchased kaju katri of amul 500gm but it's taste is bitter (at last ) I have also complain to amul several times but just say that someone will will get u from the company and will resolve this but from last 10-12 day nothing happens they always agrue with customer and there intension iis like they says it will resolve but no one ever called from thier comapany moreover i have wrote an email to thier email adresss but AGAIN NO RESPONSE ITS JUST GIVING ME UNNECCESSARY STRESS as i am not able to eat not able to return and take my money back kindly help me to sough out this problem

I purchased 2 litter milk from Ravi Malhotra Dairy at 6:30pm and I thought around 10pm that we should boil milk and it was not in use after boiling. Because expiry date was 17th Nov and today 28th Nov. And I came back to retailer and tell him and he is telling me reason that why you boiled after 4 hour. He is not accepting that he is keeping expiry milk in his dairy. I hope you can understand my concern and take a action against him. He is not accepting his mistake, he is telling me so many reasons.

As a staunch and steadfast customer of all Amul products, I'm very concerned and deeply disappointed about the extremely poor quality of the Amul cheese slices that I have bought.

The cheese is so sticky that it sticks to the plastic wrapper and to the teeth and tongue.

The cheese slices in my previous two orders of cheese slices had incredibly thin slices which fell to pieces before I could even take it out of the wrapping paper.

My family strongly recommends that I switch to another make altogether for our cheese requirements - Milky Mist or Britannia or any other make and avoid Amul altogether. I thought I should flag this up to you.

It was a most embarrassing experience for me. I have gifted amul chocolate gift pack to my sister and when she opened a sealed pack chocolate box 2 chocolates were missing in it. This was totally unexpected from a brand like amul. Disappointed.
