Found fungus in amul butter when opened the pack. Butter was kept in refrigerator below 4 degree celsius. Butter manufacturing date mentioned november 2019. I never thought amul's food quality is degraded in such extend. It means no quality check is followed. I am very much disappointed after opening the butter.
I want compensation for this, else i will share this information in social media

I had a painful and trouble all night and so want to take this to food safety and adulteration department. My family members and my 2 children all day having no milk in this lockdown condition and having no option of milk also and both the children are dependent on milk and less amount of food that is horrible experience for me

We bought a milk packet to make curd and the output was something that looked like glue. It had funny smell to it.
Please don't harm people Helth just to gain some money.

Today I got a 500 ml amul milk pouch having batch no. KJ0310320. No use by date is printed on the pouch. This is dangerous and such a careless act! It can lead to serious health issues. Not at all expected from such a big company!! It is not also as per The Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Let me know about the details of the pouch. Otherwise I have to take legal step from my side as a Government officer.

Yesterday on[protected] as usually when i have buy amul butter. I got surprised with the taste, then i saw packing and upper cover which indicates that the butter i had bought is low grade duplicate butter. Packing of the butter looks as like actual butter but colour differs from original butter. Mrp was also same as like original one but the whole thing is that butter is not a amul product it was a down grade table spread according to me. After this incident now i don't believe in amul products. My name is vinay and you may call me @ [[protected]] for any fitments or details of this incident.

I had visited amul distributor store named ganesh sales agencies which is located in mumbai in area khar (West), besides jain mandir, mumbai 400055, i want to complain about the rude behaviour of the person in charge at the store, when i asked about the price of the product, he behaved very rudely and angrily said me never visit my store again.
I want to request amul to teach this person how to behave with the customers, this is not at all a acceptable behaviour and i am going to put this on social media as well. Amul and the government should cancel their license and distributorship for such disrespectful and senseless people

I bought amul milk tetra pack from bigbasket. I boiled it and added lemon to convert it into cottage cheese. After the milk turned into cheese i started mashing it but i found some plastic like stuff in that. Initially i thought it's just one chunk but one after another i got many. I never experienced this before from any company's milk. Experiencing this from amul is something really shocking since i only use this brand since my childhood. I really want the clerification about what i found.

We had bought this product on Friday 13 March 2020 and had bought the product form Star Bazaar DN Nagar Andheri West Mumbai 400053, the manufacture date of the product is January 2020 and product was valid 18 month from the date of manufacture have attached the bill, video and image for your reference, request you to kindly look in to the matter

I am a fan of Amul products but I have a complaint regarding your CURD. Recently since last 2 days repeatedly the curd coming is spoiled. You just can't eat. The product and money both wasted. Very disappointing.

Amul milk bought tone qty -03 and full cream qty-1.5 Ltr on 02 Apr 2020.
2. Batch no of full Cream- MK030420 and toned milk also Batch no- MK030420.
3. Life is not mention for uses.
Such type of issue seen within 06 days. Matter is serious because Life and batch No. is not mention. Please clarify the issue.

Dear sir this is to bring in your notice that i have a shop in rohini sector 3 by the name of radhe radhe dairy. Your amul distributer mr. Hariom is not providing proper supply he always deliver 1 or 2 days then he don't deliver for next 3 days then he repeat the same. I also complain about this to mr ashok area marketion but still nothing action has been taken against him and he is also not bother to take my calls as well. So please take some action at your end or else i will be forced to move to other company like mother dairy.
I also have the recording of there behaviour and the way your distributer treat us.

Today bought 4 frostik . 1st icecream was so worst, not like a icecream was like something worst waste product . Then tried another, it was same . We through that icecream and kept 2 packs as it is . Kindly take action .

I have a gotten a hair in the Amul chocolate... I was shocked after seeing this that Amul like brand which is famous for its qualitative products, is doing this type of mistakes... Amul must take care of these types of silly mistakes.

I stay in malad east, mumbai.
The local dairy (Anand dairy) situated near my building extra charges on every purchase of amul milk or amul masti of re.1/rs.2 over and above the mrp mentioned on the product.
It is being said by the shopkeeper that the extra charges is for refrigerating the product.
As per my information the shopkeeper are not authorised to charge over the mrp.
I request you to look into the matter.

This content is related to the Amul company I have purchase a box of cheese cube of 200 gram, on the date 26 February 2020 in which one queue contain peace off polythene inside it is I didn't see the polythene if I consume that cube which can harm me. I have also done complaint to the Amul company but there is no response to my complaint even they say your complaint is pending it will be resolved but no action is taken for that particular company. so I want that there should be a legal action taken against the company for bad product or infected product provided to a consumer and also provide me the competition for the wrong product and infected products provided to me. all the detail for the products are:

Despite many phone calls and promises to give me a reply, i have received none.
Every time i call at amul's office in kolkata, i receive just false promises and excuses.

Kindly let me know if you are serious about the issue and if you genuinely feel for a customer. Its been more than a month that we have lodged a complaint and the quality personnel doesnt seem to be concerned.

We have been using amul milk for the last 2-3 decades and preparing butter from the creamy layer (Malai) regularly. However, the colour of the butter prepared this time is exceptionally white which may be due to some contaminant. It is a serous problem if amul is playing with the health of the general public. It requires immediate attention. The butter prepared is stored in our refregirator and is available for examination by any expert.

... I am using amul gold milk from last 3 yrs but now from last 15 days i have been supplied adulterated milk.. The fat used in the milk is artificial for that i had complied on [protected] they gave me complaint no 58335 on 7th feb but no action has been taken till today.. I[censored] will not take any action to stop adulteration then we will lose the faith in amul product s and stop using it.
We have been supplied batch. No b;kg 10ae and b:kg06ae
Kindly do the needful at the earliest we r ready to copreat in investigation to stop this adulteration.

I want to report the issue on amul prod health drink which i bought recently (2/15/2019). Am a amul fanboy loves this drink and i regularly take it as morning refresher. As usual, i took 2 table spoon of amul and mixed with milk and take a sip.

Taste is horrible. I feel like some sort of metal has been contaminated with this drink. Its not at all good, i want to esclate this situation. Kindly take an necessary action.

Receiving regular and frequent fake messages from AMUL with number of items, amount, date and bill number regarding purchase of products from AMUL. Since there is no such transaction with AMUL from our side, who is making the illegal purchase of AMUL products on my name? Why is AMUL not taking any action?

I have bought amul cheese more than 15 times and out of this amul cheese didnt melt atleast 9 times. It has a good taste but doest melt. The company should respond immediately because it is fooling the people. When we buy cheese it is presumed that it will melt but it is not the case with amul cheese. I want the company to refund me my money or give me authentic cheese. This is a fraudulent or irresponsible act of the company.

I am purchasing 3 liters of amul taaza toned milk daily from my nearest grocery outlet m/s multan bakers, nala market, west patel nagar, new delhi-110008 for past more than a year. I am perfect;y satisfied with the supply and the quality of your product. I had no complaints. But, recently for the past 15 days, quality of the milk is not at all satisfactory. The fat content is not as per your standard of 3% (Total fat). The taste is also not good.

Kindly expedite resolution of my Complaint expeditiously without further delay, pending which, I will have no other option but to to legal course of action by approaching Consumer Court.

We seem to have received an adulterated amul tazza tetrapack. The milk is foaming when stirred.

The pack was absolutely normal before opening, no damage to box+no puffing in the box.
This is absolutely unacceptable from such a reputable company while providing an item for consumption in a tetrapack!!...

I am working executive in unilever. On 19/01 i bought amul butter (100g) form local shop. I am writing this complaint to bring to notice that, i am highly shocked as how can foreign matter (Hair) can come on the edible product like butter. This raised a doubt regarding hygiene concern in shop floor. I am not satisfied with this product. From now i think i have to think twice before buying any amul products from now. I request you to please take appropriate action on this issue.

I always prefer amul products. However i had bad experience this time. I bought amul pizza cheese from a store to make pizza... I always use amul mozerella but this time i bought amul pizza cheese. When i was grating the cheese on pizza, i found something different... The cheese was giving me feeling of vegetable oil... It was getting pressed easily and making my hands oily... I tasted it but was feeling something different in my mouth. When i baked my pizza, it was not at all like pizza should be.. It was not getting streched like pizza cheese. Something gui feeling it was... Really really bad... I mean not able to upload video and images as the size doesn't allow.. Pls provide mail id
