I am purchasing 3 liters of amul taaza toned milk daily from my nearest grocery outlet m/s multan bakers, nala market, west patel nagar, new delhi-110008 for past more than a year. I am perfect;y satisfied with the supply and the quality of your product. I had no complaints. But, recently for the past 15 days, quality of the milk is not at all satisfactory. The fat content is not as per your standard of 3% (Total fat). The taste is also not good.
Amul / GCMMF customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by aktaneja Ref: My above Complaint dated: 28.01.2020. I am yet to get any response from Amul. As intimated, I received substandard milk (3 liters per day) from 13.01.2020 to 01.02.2020 (i.e. for a period of 20 days continuously. Kindly expedite resolution of my Complaint expeditiously without further delay, pending which, I will have no other option but to to legal course of action by approaching Consumer Court.
