Hopeless customer service... Rude staff whoever he was ([protected]) he has no manner he treats customer like he his doing some favor.. Ek ice cream deta hu ya ek chocolate deta hu.. And now no one is replying to my mails... Already sent images and everything to amul..

A milk packet of amul taaza toned milk 200ml tetra pack of date 28 july 2019 was found contaminated. It was found Swollen and leaking on 8 October 2019. The contents of the box have accumulated together and it is smelling bad.

Your retailers always charge extra amount on each and every time, when we went there to buy your retailers argue with us to give extra money on your amul milk packets and curd packet, and when we ask about it, they argue and abuse to us, i hope amul will get my complent resolve, and he openly said i'll sell that milk on his own price thats not fair and you should help us in that, i'll wait for your response. The person take Rs. 10/- extra than mrp saying that company new charges
Is this new charges has been changed

I am eating amul butter cookies since a very long time they are my favorite but there is a lot of change in the taste and ingredients i have found coconut in butter cookies but before coconut was not an ingredient in this cookies and yes sorry but i cannot send a picture as you can only know that after eating them. And the quantity of the cookies varies from packet to packet and even the size of the cookies varies. The amul butter cookies which i ate before where way more different

Buying amul gold milk... Its smells lik a chemical burning.. Chemical smell coming out from most of the packets.. Its all fake... I have switched to another brand but it is the solution...in jhansi or any other cities amul milk is getting defamed. Dont play with the health of millions of people.. Kindly take strict actions otherwise it wil be too late.. Lots of fake or adulterated milk is getting sold daily.

I have purchased 500 ml amul milk today i. E 12 sept and the date mentioned at back is - use by 13th september, 2019. After 5 min, i started boiling the milk but the milk ejaculated. It contained another layer n started smelling.
This was happened before also but i thought i may be due to summers and ignored. But day by day the brand value of the amul is getting decreased. I was the loyal customer of amul but...

I went to amul shop which is located near hotel vits sagar plaza pune
Shop keeper was charging more than mrp
I asked for cornetto butter scotch on which mrp was 25 n he ask me 30 rs when i ask for bill he was giving me hand written bill without stamp.
Sir plz see to dis as he might b doing it from years.n cheating everyone.due to dis i lost my faith in amul outlet.n i m much sure dat i wont suggest anyone to visit any amul shop in india.

The MRP of amul milk is 22 (include all taxes) but the shopkeeper charge 23rs or 24rs so what is the reason of charging extra on MRP plzz solve it or mail me the reson of it [protected]@gmail.com
Maybe I'll get solution of my problem soon!!! 💯🤗

Yesterday i bought two packets of amul milk and boil it... When it was boiling like an acid and when i drank it... It was sour and smell of chemicals are coming from this... I'm a chemist and i can prove it is full of chemicals and bad for health... Its ur profit but public's loss. U are playing with our health... When in morning i made tea... It was also smelling and taste is like i'm drinking chemicals

I bought 2ltr packets of amul gold milky milk on 31.08.2019 from a shop named g. P store located at gol market c. P new delhi-01. It is tasting like detergent powder and when i drank it, i fell vomiting. This is happening 1st time with me. Finally at all incidents i throw all the milk without any testing. It is really disgusting that neither shopkeeper nor company is listening about this serious issue. Amul a big brand name "the taste of india" no one can expect this type of attitude from it. It is really disgusting and pathetic that such a big brand is playing with the health of innocent customer. I request everyone to really boycott such type of brand from market. So that they can't play with our health.

Hi team,

This is really not acceptable and highly disappointing that the dealer is selling the expiry date curd to the customers and a family in neighbour got food poisoning coz of this. When we went to ask for curd again, he had handled the expiry date curd to us too. He clearly told that amul company had asked to sell it.
Please take a strict action against this retailer in kosi kalan, rambharose agarwal, else an fir would be registered shortly.

Hello sir,
I'm regular customer of amul products. I live in balotra city. Here every shop taking 2 rupees extra on mrp. I contacted customer on mail. And i had a call from amul and he said i let him talk with a shop and the shop will give me amul product on mrp. Now tell me is it fare solution for everyone, no.
If only 50k product sold everyday than my city wasting 1lac rupees without reason on amul. And in a month it goes to 30 lac rupees.
So please make proper enquiry on it so customers can get products on mrp.
Else i have no other option but to go in consumer court.

Product have off flavor and very bad taste. I am not able to recognize the defect but it tastes very very bad. Batch code- IA 26 HE and use by- 31/8/19. Kindly do check control sample properly of this batch.

I am from chaklasi, in we have santram amul parlour they sell every dairy product of amul infect they also sell other products of ice crem which is not belong to amul on the name of amul parlour and also they take 1-5 rupees extra in every products like if amul gold is 26 mrp then they take 27-28 rupees from customers they also take extra from chesse and butter sell expired bread etc. Save amul save customers

50 slices pack of cheese baw0101 10/01/19bought from reliance store shyam nagar on 02/06/19 had bad taste and green fungus on the slices
10 slices pack of cheese kfw1842 03/07/19 bought on 14/08/19 from kirana store mansarovar jaipur had packing of individual slices torn and cheese melted and congealed together
Stores have not co-operated for replacement/refund also amul customer care doesnot take the call repeatedly
Please get amul to respond and pick up its spoilt products and gompensate for the harassment to my family

The shopkeepers in my village which is near mathana, village lohara is selling your product at higher cost than mrp.

Please do something it's been very difficult to buy your product at high cost.

All of shopkeepers have made union.
The product amul moti which mrp is 25 but every shopkeeper in village selling it at ruppes 28 and many of villagers are buying it everyday due to thier need.
And they like your product but they have to pay higher than mrp. This is against right.
And they are not giving your product to them who are complaining against it.
I hope you do something.

sir dairy issue to next any honest person of the village with open meeting.

Today on dated 13/08/2019 at 9 pm, i have purchased two packets of amul shakti milk of 500 ml pack from two different shop stated at amraiwadi, near mahakali temple, ahmedabad and boiled in two different flask and the result of both flask is curdling of milk. Now i want my money back.

I am interested in knowing whether the product am I purchasing and consuming on regular bases belongs to Amul or not.
I am suspicious it is not and taste unhealthy like it is not a kind of your regular tetra pack milk so how to confirm it.
product is Amul taaza plastic bottle homogenized toned milk (200ml)
I have visited the Amul website to get a list of products that Amul manufacture and find that this product that I have doesn't match with any, .further I read the bar code present back of the bottle and it was diverting it to Amul tetra pack which is different from my product.

I bought amul garlic butter from the reliance mall, anand on 9th august. The product was packed on 26th june 2019. When product was unpacked to prepare garlic toast at home, butter was found to be full of fungus and smelling bad. This spoiled our family dinner and created negative impression for amul brand. This is not good for the company. Company should be always vigilant for it's brand value.

Dear team,

Yesterday i had ordered amul butter & few more products of amul from hari om traders, bhayander east amul supplier for my restaurant. While at the time of delivery the sales agent refuse to accept card payment or other online mode of payment. He said we only accept cash payment. Although he is charging gst but not accepting any other mode of payment except cash. I requested him to accept payment via other mode as i was short of cash but he refuse to provide the product & he rudely told whenever you have cash then only collect the product otherwise leave it. Such a reckless behaviour is not expected from such a reputed brand.

Please provide alternate solution to order your product for my restaurant.

I had purchased afghan dry fruit ice cream from amul parlour, in which some particles of plastic and thread were found in the ice cream and the taste of the ice cream was also bad. I purchased the ice cream on 4th august 2019, from amul parlour which is located at gordhan wadi tekra maninagar ahmedabad. I am very much upset that amul provides such ice cream. I want that amul takkes some action and see that such type of mistakes will not happen again. Please look into the matter and give me reply as soon as possible. And my money back.

In gandhidham, kutch one amul centre has refused to sell milk to me r and has told that i cannot sell to retail customer. He told me that you can purchase milk from adjacent shop by paying rs one extra. I have seen that he has sold one packet to his known person.
Is it true that amul has restricted not to sell to retail customer?. Please reply.
