We had bought amul badam pista shrikhand from our janata stores, chakala church, andheri east, mumbai 400 093. When we opened it to eat, we saw that the shrikhand was spoilt. Even though we had kept it in fridge. The date of shrikhand was 5th march 2019. And it's expiry is after 6 months i. E. September 19. Please do the needful and replace it or refund the money back.

Sanjay traders parsudih jamshedpur jharkhand is dealer of our area but i am sorry to inform you that delivery boy of dealer is misbehave by ladies owner of shop. The dealer is also not interested to take action against them for this rude behave. The delivery boy not delivered the goods properly and also full order is not supplied.
Sir today is competitive market and i am easily get the products from market, but this type of behavior by delivery boy curtails the turnover of the dealer.

I have bought amul cheese yesterday and i noticed while cooking that it is not melting. I need the help of the company because it has happened earlier too. I need the replacement of the product because the vendors aren't taking the responsibility. I expect the replacement of the product and some action to be taken against the matter. This is the second time that such incident has happened. Amul is the most trusted company and now it is fooling...

This is neha from bhayander, thane. I have a complaint regarding the vendor in my area. (Kunal kutir, navghar road, opp. Hanuman temple bhayander east) he charges ₹11 for one packet of amul chaas whereas the mrp is just ₹10. This matter is not just of ₹1 but the exploitation done by him. Just because he is not the distributor he charges more from others. I request an immediate action to be taken against him. If there is any other way i am ready to go for it too.

I brought this ice cream on dated 03/05/2019 from your above outlets.
After eating i found that taste in this ice cream not good and feel that it was look like and taste like decompose feel.
Next day due to this ice cream me my daughter become ill and having seviour diarrhea thru out day. So on dated : 6/05/2019 i went to this out let and told them about problems of above product. After serious discussion with above counter sale person mr. Jigish, he finally ready to help me and told me that send me detalis on back ide of pack. I send me the same.
On that day following type of misbehaviour by person.
-not ready to belive that this product brought by me from their outlet.
=told me that if i purchase from this out let where is a invoice
=strait away told me that i am lier.
=their way of takling was very errogant and rubbish.
= they are not ready to belive single word from me where from opening i brought ice cream from this shop only.
Now today dated : 20/05/2019
Again i went to this outlet and brought 2 ltr vanilla royale and fruite and nuts chocolate. And asking for invoice for the product, and after very hot discussion ready to give me invoice.
Agiain i told him what to do with that previous purchase,
Now this time this fellow answer was more rud and arrogant then previous incident.
He now told me that this is not from his outlet.
He is not ready to belive now single word from me.
Now dear amul authoritiy please noteand understand :
Why he denied that this purchase made from their shop.?
This creat big dought. They know that this was from their outlet only.
On my point of view something some adjustment between your local manager and this outlet has been made.
May be they adjust this type of nearly expier product sale thru this outlet.
As counter sale person told me that their is no record of this batch product, that means that they sale this type of product which was destroed by company but by otherway rech at this type of counter.

I have a complaint about a product (Amul ghee) which i bought a weeks back from the general store.

I would like to know in this hot weather from temperature ranging from 35 to 42 degree celsius, why is the ghee is not in the form of liquid, i. E. It is in pure solid form.

Also there is no taste of the product (Ghee).

I hope the company would take into our complaint seriously.

These fraudsters started calling me for the opening after taking a telephonic interview (4 rounds) they selected me for the post of manager of warehouse.

After depositing a amount of rs.15900 they are not picking up my phone

Since last 3 days, however there number is still on.

Please look into this matter as they are on they way to cheat numerous of people, i need my hard earned money back..

Purchased from amul shop near my house.. Paid rs 400 and it was disappointing.. We as a family have enjoyed the product in the past so the purchase.. This time the cake was hard and could not be sliced by domestic knife.. And we did not have butcher's knife... Felt cheated... Overall bad taste in mouth.. Never again. Date of purchase12th of may.. Earlier version was good but this time around pathetic

On opening a new family pack of amul ice cream while scouping out the ice cream a staple pin was found in the ice cream.
This is very dangerous considering we have small children in the house. Luckily it was seen before being served which could have led to serious injury to the person consuming it.
Kindly instruct your packing department to be more careful and exercise care while doing the packing or making the ice cream.

I have buyed koolfi of amul 15 days back and i got dead mosquito sticked to it, i complained the customer care even emailed them with photo.They told their team will come within 5 days of working but no response yet.Amul like company if dont have hygiene how to trust amul products. Very dissapointed please do something and take action, i still have that ice cream for proof.

I bought 2 half packets of amul full cream milk for making rasgulla. I boiled it and after giving it rest for some minutes i added a pinch of tartaric acid to make it chenna. But the milk remains the same and it didn't become curdled. I tried so many times by putting lemon juice also, but all was in vain. Finally i got tired of repeating this and compiling against it. I think the milk is not appropriate otherwise milk is such a sensitive liquid which instantly get curdled if even comes in a contact with lemon or salt or tartaric acid. Please tell why this happened with your product as i used so many milks of other companies but got a satisfied result.

Distributor situated at lbs marg vikhroli west mumbai is selling amul milk products above mrp price.
When asked he very rudely said, lena hai to leloo else leave.

Is amul promoting it's distributor s to exploit its customers by charging extra & above mrp price.
We need to start a social media camping against amul and stop buying it's products to teach a lesson if amul is promoting it or take a action against the distributor.

This is too imform you that amul authorised shop at santorini square complex area jodhpur cross road ahmedabad shop keeper demanding higher charges above MRP 2-3 rs in all product including milk and butter milk. This kind of higher charges above MRP is not reasonable.

Also Very poor customer services and no response to customer after complaining.

The amul ice cream parlour called scoops n smiles at kasturi building, shiribeedu, udupi, maruthi veethika, pin code 576101 is selling expired amul vanilla with chocolate sauce sugar free probiotic medium fat ice cream. When i first bought it i didn't notice it and ate it then i took a look at the pkd date below the container and was horrified that the pkd date was a year ago and amul mentioned that exp date is 6 months from pkd date then next day i went again and bought it showed that shop owner about the expiry date but he kept rejecting that it was print mistake can you please look into it my health got seriously weird after i ate that icecream

Sub amul shikand having very bad smell and taste, spoiled one

I purchased amul shikand from amul store yesturday date 30 april 2019. It was having bad smell and even bad taste it is a spoiled one. We had gone to amul store keeper for replacement of the product but store keeper said company person would come and replace it. We given this amul shikand to other customers who were standing at that store to taste it and each customer said the product is spoiled one.
His store is located in ahmedabad coming from shivranjani cross road to jansi ki rani statue. Nr jansi ki rani statue left corner it has only one shop amul store nr lic office.

Even we contacted customer care but no respose call gose on ringing for long time.

Pleace look into the matter as product was not replace by the store.

We own a amul parlour in pilani bits.. We always order products from amul distributors in pilani. They supply damaged goods n dont take liability of damage product. When we ask for products they say tht product is nt available but supply othr retailors not us. Its very unprofersonal behaviour of them.. Kindly take an action against them. We are hard earning people. This kind of behavoiur border us. Thank you

I am using amul butter from last 20 years and its been 2 month i send compalaint to amul team regard quality of buttet and i baught 1 kg amul butter from bigbazaar kalkaji new delhi and first time i am complaining about this product. The quality of the butter is not good the taste is so bad to eat and so much salt inside the butter.. I am having complaint number no one came at home to check the quality or to return this

I'm a student in rps degree colege, balana, mahendergarh, haryana. The vendor in canteen are charging more than mrp for each icecream range from consumers stating that the extra is being demanded from them too by the distributors. There is only that one single canteen in our area and no other shops are there nearby, hence we are forced to buy things from that vendor at a price more than mrp
I have tried to complaint many times but get no response.

The every time we buy ice cream some or the other default is forsure. If we buy family pack then those are somewhat melted right from the moment they give us the new pack. When we buy tricone the cone is never crispy, this has been personally experienced by us for the very 5-6th time. Amul has quality, name so we prefer and ignore defects with patience, but if we get such type of service the every time then customer like us will think twice thrice before visiting amul outlet. Please look into the matter.
