Dear sir / madam,
I am susar kanti banerjee, distributor of amul milk, paneer and dahi from rampurhat, birbhum, west bengal.

I was a dealer of bhagirathi milk & co.in dec, 2011 rural marketing coverage mr. Kazi emroze ahmed gave the proposal to join in amul and left bhagirathi. First time i took product from saithia dealer, mr. Kaushik.in 11th feb, 2012 i started my own dealership and that mr. Emroze gave this opportunity and promised me that i will be only one dealer in my small town, rampurhat with 35 to 40 counters.
Now rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh makes another new dealer (Mr. Snehasis saha) for more sales. That new dealer is entering my counter for his sale. I think this is cheating. They are not going to cover new area (Ex. Tarapith) but hatching my counter.
So my complain is against rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh who is doing this type of frauds till now in the market. He is torturing me for sales and not sending me as per my order. Every time he is sending more as per my order level. Even his behavior, attitude is very bad to me and he is liar, giving fake promise.
So my request is please give a permanent solution about this problem as soon as possible and save me from this bloody rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh. Otherwise i have to consumer forum for this problem against rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh.

Spoilt milk carton in a pack of 12.
Raised customer complaint and they reverted that it would be taken care in 7 working days
Since then it's been 3 weeks no one has got back and now they don't answer customer service number too.
Worst customer service. They are just minting on their cash cow.

They don't respond to emails too now.
Pathetic service. Dissatisfied

I live in patan, gujarat. There is a amul store near me. The store owner is overcharging on the printed mrp for each and every product of amul sold at his shop. And he also misbehaves with his customers. He has overcharged my old mother for amul buttermilk and on that he has very rudely talked to her. I request the consumer forum and amul to take a stern action against the store and the owner. His store address is given below.

My family member bought Amul cheese from nearby store in ahmedabad and the cheese has a false teeth inside.

This is very shocking thing that can happen in AMUL Cheese.

Please do the needful so that this will not happen to anyone else.

Also Let me know what can I do from my end so that this will be properly solved.

There is a foul smell in milk and tea/coffee’s taste is so bad. Please check it or refund my amount. The milk is tasting so bad. We are having health issues after having it. If you don’t resolve our prblm i will take some serious action then. I have heard from my neighbours and relatives about the same problem. This is to inform you that one of your franchise given in thane, mumbai doesn't sells amul products and offers some other products to customers who come to purchase amul products and also if they have amul products they refuse to give them and it's going on since many years and as a citizen and to avail the amul products from amul franchise i request you to take some strict action and we wish to get only amul products at amul franchises and not other products. Dear sir, i applied a form from amul.com to get the distributorship of amul parlour. I received a mail from [protected]@amuldistributer.com to deposit first for registration charge rs. 25000/-, plus rs.80000/- for equipment charge, plus partial product cost to order rs. 75000/- in total rs. 1, 80, 000/- one lac eighty thousand they have made transfer to two different account, 1. Today i have purchased one packet of amul milk from "srs value bazar" mall which is situated in sec-57, sushant lok extension-2, g block, opp. Hong kong bazar, gurugram-122002, here i have mentioned the product batch number with expiry date batch:mk12m10:44, use by 12/02/2019, when i was going to add milk in boil tea, milk became curd, on that time i went to the mall and shown the milk packet to them who were sitting in side in a office,...

Sir/madam

I bought 1 litre cow ghee from kaushik bakery sector 7 faridabad. But after using it for 2 days i found that the quality of ghee is not good.
What i found is

1. Its smell-less.in pure ghee there should be pleasant smell.

2. The most important after consuming i got headache. I took 2 spoon of ghee with milk in evening but after 5 minutes my mouth taste become bitter (मुंह कड़वा हो गया). While writing this mail this morning i still have headache and its just because inhaling ghee. Because before taking ghee i am alright and after just 5 min of inhaling i got the sense i had have taken something wrong.

I didn't get why this is happening. The only thing comes in my mind that its adulterated.

Before going to consumer forum i need some clarification from your side. Pease respond asap

I am regular customer of amul cow milk product, for my 3 year baby.
I purchase last 2 years but last 7 days
They have already cow milk but they not give for regular customer. They only keep stock for they personal client.
I humbly requesting to you for solve those kind of problem.

We had purchased 500ml pack of Amul Ghee from Big Basket in Bangalore on 1st Dec 2018.
Upon usage we found very high paraffin wax being used instead of the Paraffin Wax.
Being Winter, this was easily detected as the wax particles stood out.

Finding such high amount of adulteration ina packaged product from a branded product like Amul is a big cause of concern.

I also got a call from Customer Support and they suggested for a replacement upon handing over the auultrated bottle.
While I refused to handover the adulterated bottle, until Amul finds a reson for the contamination.
While I was assured a respnse within the next 7 days, I sent them a reminder on 2 occasions (on Jan 2nd 2019 and Jan 3rd 2019 ) and never received a response.

This clearly indicates, that Amul has lowered their production quality standards and are a serious threat to the consumers with the adulteration in their products.

I also have an audio clip of my conversation with the Amul manager describing the issue and he assuring of looking into it.

Appreciate an enquiry in this regard

Dhoraji, gujarat state stores where amul products esp curd and milk are available they are charging much more than mrp from consumers stating that the extra is being demanded from them too by the distributors. This is happening across many local stores here. A complaint in this regard was made to you earlier as well from this same city. But it seems no action has been taken till date. May kindly look into the matter and resolve it once and for all. I hope this complaint is not falling on deaf ears...

I have done online transfer to amul account (May be fake)
This guy named saurav kumar pandey - [protected] called me saying that he is an agent from amul. I had filled official form on amul's website asking fro franchise. I believe there is definately someone from amul's inquiry department who had leaked my contact details & then this guy called me on behalf of amul asking me money in amul's account.
It seems genuine, so after 1 months, i did transferred to rs.22500.
Below are the details of slip & account no.

Now, this guy is not giving me my amount back & nether offering franchise. And he stopped picking my calls.

Please help me in getting my refund, i am in really need of this money.

Last 4 day i haven smell like beaching powder in gold milk. N aslo same in buttermilk of amul. Its not first time but before 3 time with me. I told to shop wender say not any complaint by other n he told ur amul delivery agent but. Not replay satisfaction. I want go to food safety depart. Milk not use but throw only. Payment give. How to
It's tootly wast of money

From last 2-3 days we are having one problem in amul milk (Taaza, shakti & gold) pouches. We found this issue in surat city area from dt.8/1/2019. When we open pouch it smelling like bleaching powder or soap. From last 2-3 days we all people in surat found this problem. We complaint to our depot but they said that there is a problem in our refrigerator but this same problem fond all people of surat who is using amul milk
This type of milk is unhealthy. Please check your plants and destroy the amount of milk that smelling like bleaching powder as soon as possible. Thank you

Since last three days, the milk in amul shakti pouches is very bad. Cream (Milk fat) is not present.in fact it does not seem to be milk, instead it is either powder milk or the artificial tea special milk. Ut is very thick in appearance and very bad in taste. They are cheating us. Tea special milk is actually not milk. It is a powdered version of milk solids. A company so reputed as amul should look into the matter and resolve it before its too late.

Lac rupees in the mentioned a/c in the attached doc.
I received multiple calls from r s sodhi ([protected]) /sandeep patel
([protected], [protected]) for deposit money.
I deposited money to a/c:[protected] ifsc:kkbk0002852, surat, kotak
Mahindra bank using two accounts: [protected] & [protected].
They cheated me and doing same for others. I have all proof documents
And audio recordings. Please help me to refund my money (3 lac).
