Bought 750 gms of cheese slice from a store few days before, the slices had fungus inside and were smelling bad... Have done complaint (Complaint no. 23687) but nothing happened, had a chat on amul fb page still no help, called amul headoffice, my call kept on transferring from one dept to another ultimately got disconnected and they r not taking call now, not expected from from such a trustworthy company like amul.

At padti (Ta: surendranagar) in ravichandal restaurant (Located on chotila surendranagar highway) selling amul probiotic lassi 20rs where the written mrp is 15rs. Pls look at the reality this is yr distributors and seller policy to cheat the people...
As on advertising r u loudly saying amul is for the people & by people. And other end yr distributors& seller cheated people blindly.
It requested to kindly do the needful so that people's money saved from this type of cheater.

We are looking what actions gcmmf taken to correct it that.

I purchased my amul ghee tin from dmart at dahisar west ten days back. When i opened it i saw it was 30%liquid and 70%solid. How can ghee at the same temperature be liquid and solid. When i rubbed the ghee between my palms it felt grainy. I feel it's adulterated. Please give me a feedback on this as soon as possible. I will be sending it for a local fda check too.

I m severely ill after consuming amul chach it's third time i m ill this month i think u make chach from normal tap water i can only digest r. O. Water how can amul act so careless in making chach can't they use r. O. Or aqua guard water m very ill n disappointed i will never drink nor advice anyone to drink it caused severe food poisoining m unable to sleep was awake whole night

I bought amul american nuts ice cream (Batch number srm 095.66)
This product is not genuine as there was not even a single nut inside ice cream.

I paid rs 120 and for american nut but this was plain ice cream.

Please do appropriate investigation in this matter and also let me know the final conclusion.

This was bought in gajsinghpur distt: sri ganganagar (Rajasthan)

Upon tracking the batch number it looks like this was from rohtak plant.

I have purchased amul ice-cream vanilla flavour family pack of two litter. When me and my family members ate that ice-cream we all feel like our tongue were burning and senseless. I cosult my physician and he said that it was all because of that ice-cream only. So we want strict action against amul company. And they are not picking up the call and we also want compensation for that matter.

We are regular users of amul milk from last several years and had no
Issues. However for the recently purchased milk cartons (Tetra pack
Milk) with bno. Gae3474 with expiry in jun 2018 from more mega store,
Thane the milk was spoiled. We have 3 cases of milk (Each with 12
Cartons) with same batch number. We actually gave the milk to my son (6
Years old) and he started vomiting and had to rush him to doctor. When
We checked the milk, the smell was bad and also it was curdled. We
Checked with another 3 cartons and all seem to be of same results.
Given all of them are from same lot number, we discontinued usage and
Called the customer care (Complaint ref no 23904). Te readily agreed to
Replace all the stock, however we didnt get any further response.
Request you take immediate actions of this issue.
Again on 16th apr, worte an email to amul for this complaint and still there is no response. Also, the email id given [protected]@amul.com is not working. Also, no one picks the customer care number given in the website. Atached the photos. Request immediate action.

Since last three months we are facing this problem in ahmedabad. I live in bodakdev area of ahmedabad. I regularly use amulgold milk but since last three months every two three days the milk we buy either gets spoiled on boiling or there is a real pungent smell in the milk that you cannot consume it. We have complained to the local amul outlet in auda mahila garden bodakdev but no solution has come yet. Day before yesterday i bought two pouches...

Amul area in-charge (Faridabad) - mr rajiv gave contact details for jhanvi trader in-charge - santosh. Firstly, no clear explanation about ordering etc. Then even after ordering for several days - milk etc. Not delivered. Further, on 13/04/18 santosh took money for 12ltr (Amul plain chaas) in afternoon, but delivered only 6ltr. Neither balance money released, nor balance order delivered. When i call him, he ask me to complain to amul area in-charge. & when i complain to area in-charge, he mention that now jhanvi trader is not their agent!!
This is really shocking incidence for me & i am waiting for some action from amul on such people!

I am regularly purchasing butter milk in summer as it is good for health. But i am sorry to inform you that amul parlour on v. V. Nagar - karamsad road named jalaram parlour is charging rs1 extra for rs. 5 masala butter milk.

When i ask why you are charging more when it is amul parlour itself then they told that masala butter milk pouch come leakage so we are charging rs 1 extra from consumer.

This is not done.

Madhav laxmi dairy is situated at satyam appartment, rakhial road, rakhial, ahmedabad.
It is retail distributor of amul milk. It ia asking rs. 1 extra for amul milk after 8am telling its a cooling charge. However, milk at as early as 8 am does not require cooling. It also does not cool the milk product. Please take appropriate action and let me know exactly what is the exact amount to be paid.

We have bought amul cream from shop, we found big rocks inside same. As reputed brand amul not except same.
ITs very serious issue for help as our trust lost from amul. We just want to clarify same with amul. we are staying in dhanori pune its original amul brand cream, ITs expected from such a reputed branch

Im purchased baby amul milk from a ganeral store .but when i opend it at home it was spoiled .when im going to return it to shop kipper he refused to return it .and take any responsibility abt the product .when i tried to complain on company custumer care call automatically cut.

We got a 20 cheese cubes packet and we have be using amul cheese products from last so many years and this was the first time that our experience wasn't good. The cheese that we got was so sticky and soft than usual. We tried keeping it in the freezer as well but still we were unable to handle the cheese. The cheese was sticking all over the grater and while consuming it was sticking in our mouth and on the teeth.. And it was irritating... Felt like it wasn't edible. My sister who is a big big fan of cheese for the first time hated eating cheese. Please revert back.

I bought a chocolate sundae amul ice cream on 6th march 2018. At the below mentioned reliance fresh store. The moment i opened in the ice cream i could smell some medicine. When i went to the store for this issue the store manager refused to give any refund or replacement. The only thing she could say is "it is the problem on the brand". She said she will address this issue to amul vendor and i know this is not going to happen because she dint even cared to ask my name or any contact details.
So sick of your guys!!

I am dipak chauhan, mo no_[protected], i have purchase 2 ltr dahi (Banch-md 5b - dt.02/04/18) from amul parlar, gordhan wadi, ahmedabad., purchesh date.31/03/2012,. We are complaint note dahi replacement again & again, toll free customer care no.[protected]. But not any process this matter. Complaint noted above mobile no.
Please solved this matter.

Today morning while converting milk from Amul pack to our utensil, we found spider floating on top of the surface. This will obviously be harmful for our health we threw the entire 3 lts Amul Tonnes Milk purchased and purchased another packs.

Kindly have a thorough check on the same and your safety checks.

I bought amul milk in the morning for making paneer at home. I added lemon drops after boiling. To my surprise the milk was same even after adding lemon. I added some more to get the results but it was same as before and no traces of paneer. Amul is supposed to be the best milk brand but i think it's playing with our health now. After paying such a high price for milk still we are not getting the pure thing. Shame on amul

Dear sir,
I am a regular customer of amul ice cream and on 25.03.2018 i went to purchase amul mango aphonso family pack from amul shop no.2, sector-1, road no.18, new panvel. I paid the money by card rs.200 and brought the family pack. It was covered with dry ice after going home i cleared the dry ice and found that the container top cover was broken. With in 5 minutes i went to the shop and explained him that the container is broken and please give me the replacement. But in reply he told me that i don't have the same or other 200rs pack, you need to purchase other amul products which is the pack of 90rs each. I said give me one 90rs pack and balance rupees please return but shop keeper said you have to buy 200 rs pack then i said that give me two packs and return me balance rs 20. Even though there is no fault of mine. But shopkeeper adamant and replied me that you wont get that balance rs 20 and you purchase some thing else like cold drink or else. It is very shocking to know that even though the product is not proper he is compelling me to purchase some thing else other than amul products.
Such dealers should be debarred from your vendor list. Who are spoiling the name of amul products. As i am the regular customer of amul i would like to bring to you a notice about this dealer. Now it is your turn to take prompt actions and i am waiting for your reply. Agent has given me handwritten copy mentioning he cant give money back and i have to purchase something else. Same is attached herewith.
I would like to further say that i have not yet taken back my 200rs and i am not bothered about the money but such things should not happen with any of the amul valuable customer. Also that shop contains cctv coverage which can be available as proof with him.

I have bought a tetra pack of amul lactose free milk today i. E 04.04.2018 and mistakenly opened and drunk a little as i was too hungry but suddenly i found the amul parlor situated in berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal was selling those of mfd 25th oct, 2017. As it was mentioned on the pack that "best before 180 days" i immediately informed the person present there and workin on laptop (It was seemed that he was the owner of that shop) but the person replied that we are far away from april 2017. I corrected him and told that it is already april 2018 and he must take care of those products as 180 days is going to over soon and he shouldn't provide me such packet of mfd on 25 the oct 2017. The person haven't even bothered me and replied we are far away from april 25th april 2018... My question is should they supply such products??? I this it may be a big question towards the brand 'amul' on which person like me rely very much... I would be very happy to have reply from amul on the above matter.
