I have bought a Amul Cheese 200 Grams from the shopkeeper on 18 March 2018 but came to know its having fungus inside, when i have tried to return it back to shopkeeper he denied and adviced me to contact customer care center. But from 18 march to till now they are keep on advising me that they will post me a new cheese but i didnt received it yet.
my complaint no.2306 and I have contacting these people on customer care number from last 20 days almost. But they keep on delaying... Please help me ...

Dear sir, ur good dairy plant at kuthond head is asking all its samitie in villages like kuthonda, bangra, dikoli to provide extra 40 % commision in nett incomes to samities.we do understand that poor villagers should get most of the benefits but samities boys are working so hard and with full honesty, still they are exploited by Kuthond plant head for extra 40 % margin cut from nett income to samities.
Is this a legal order from amul management or these plant heads are filling their pockets.
So please consider this complaint as against corruption by Kuthond plant head and take necessary action.further to this mail we will lodge a complaint in anti corruption buero, Respective CM sir and related department.
There is a huge political support to kuthond plant head also.so pls do consider while you make investigations.

I am dhiraj from phaltan, maharashtra. Distributor of amul for phaltan taluka is very poor in service. Any time you ask him about order he will say material is not available. He talks in very bad language. He never give you the things that you want. I have a counter of sale of 30000 thousand monthly still he does not want to deal. He gives material only in phaltan city and he ask for self service for outsider of phaltan. The brand name that company carries it is not good for your brand name. Please take a note of my complaint. I am geninue amul lover and service he has given is painful. Give me fever and take some strong actions against him.

Complaint made on 01/01/18 vide complaint no 20480 regarding 1 kg mozerella cheese packet ( Quality Issue) Numerous reminders made but they turn deaf ears. I wonder when it will be resolved.

I have been using amul cheese slice for last 2 year but now product has become worst. It does not melt even more than 100 degree temp. This product worst from last 5 months. I have made complaint but they are not resolving. Called to customer service and they are just doing formality purpose. Amul service center told me they will replace my cheese slice with in 7 days. No one has get back to me in 7 days. Also now no response from them and they are not listening to my complaint. My complaint has already passed with 10 days.

Kindly look into this matter otherwise i will upload your spoil cheese slice in social media so, everyone should aware how amul is responsible for its people of country

There is a Amul parlour near my home... Located at Dharnidhar Bunglows, opp panchgini residency, near parshvanath township canal, new naroda, Ahmedabad.
They are taking Rs.11 for the amul buttermilk, but the MRP is Rs. 10...

We have amul agency at lonavla, maharashtra who r selling the amul products at their own rates means he puts any time any rates. No fix amounts no full information. He does not give bill also. How much margin we get we don't know. He is doing last so many years. I used buy 2-2 boxes means 24 boxes of milk, big cheese slices n cubs, ghee, creams, ice creams etc. But he is not giving any margin n right rates. He is doing what ever want to do. I'm telling you he is cheating with ur costumers. I'm very upset with this guy. He so careless also. He doesn't care his costumers too. So pls do something against this man. Pls...

Sir in amul parlour situated in police line shahibaug ahmedabad-380004, distributer who is newly appointed few day before is not keeping milk in frieze even till 1 o’clock in afternoon where as milk supply to him in early in morning. Same way till late evening he keep milk outside even in 40 degree temperature in ahmedabad now. Consider it seriously and take necessary actions

I am depositing milk in ur dairy daily. But milk is calculated per kg and im getting price per litre.in 1 kg im loosing 100 ml milk. Thus everyday im loosing 4-5 litres of milk in calculation. Even the fat machine is nt working properly. Fat percentage of same milk found different while checking in various dairy. Your dairymen are frauding poor farmers. Im not getting even feeding cost of cow from ur side. Please reply early. I hv given feedback many times in farmers app but no reply received till date. If yet it is not solved then i hv to go to cosumer forum lastly.

Today morning i went to amul parlour sitabagh society then i purchase a sagar ghee 500ml. Salesman say payment for 237 then i see price on the packet that was 227. Then i ask to here mrp is 227. Then he said if you want to purchase then you would be payment of 227 otherwise you not buy. Then i ask his senior officer mobile number then he gave me a lot of abusing and say i will close the mobikwik. I paid amount of 237 by mobikwik so i had to payment of 237.
This parlour not operating time to time. They open the parlour as they manmarji. Yesterday i went to parlour at 10:15 pm the parlour was closed. This meteor is serious. So please give your focus on this

I used to take amul taaza milk pouch -500 ml everyday. Distributor was charging me rs 23 per packet instead of rs 21 which was printed. When i raised the issue, they stopped delivering the milk pouch at our apartment. Please do the needful so that amul brand name doesn't get hurt because of few rowdy dealers.

They called me and asked for distributorship.after some verification i have made the payment via neft.Now i am thinking that it is a fake account.
Please help me.
I have made the payment in Central bank of india Account.
In the email they said that the Central bank of india branch is in Kolkata barabazar but after verifying it is found that the ifsc code was given to me was of chirantaur, bihar

When we opened the cheese today saw it infested with fungus and unfit for consumption

Im a resident of dhankawadi area in pune. Today i visited amul ice cream parlour here near trimurthi chowk in dhankawadi. I asked for a cornetto 120ml icecream, demanding which i was given one. Upon examining its top layer was already melted. I immediately reported and said to exachange but shoopkeeper refuses. He used foul language. This made me use foul language. He says people like me refuse his present customers. Is this the way a customer treated here?, i angrily moved ahead out of his disgraced shop. I was atleast lucky that i hadn't paid him at the time of taking icecream. I want Amul officials to look into this matter, after all i dont have any problem with the company but such people who dont treat their customers well.

I'm using amul milk. When I make it curd then curd seems like you guys provide us bad quality we could not be able to eat because of curd saliva and smell.
And in my apartment every body have same problem.

All this is about the sugar free ice cream of amul. The matter is this that i bought 2 sugarfree ice creams and eight badshai ice cream from the amul parler. This parler is situated in partap nagar near shiv temple at patiala punjab. One of sugar free ice cream was of sour/ bitter taste. When i went back to change it amul dealer refused and said to complaint me in company. When i said him to change he misbehaved and say me to go out from the parler... When i told him to complaint he told the gm (Punjab) will favour him not to customer. He also refused to give the no. Of gm markting punjab of amul company. I made a complaint 2 days ago over phone to amul but there is no response from the m/s amul. M/s amul should look into the matter for this inconvenance to me by its dealer.

There is a small tea shop in kolkata near college street, and they sell ice creams of amul of various flavours, and the tea shop owner charges rupees 5extra on mrp, and we can't do anything but argue with him, he always says that amul has this old print but the value is actually 5rupees extra, this is stealing in daylight, i would like to draw the company's attention to this matter for as this is a threat to their marketing popularity, wish you will do something to resolve that matter.. Thank you very much.

Hello sir, i am a resident of siliguri town from west bengal.in my town there is this on going mal practice of selling the milk packets at a price above the retailed price. The shopkeeper is charging extra re. 1 or rs. 2 on the milk packets & on asking the reason behind so they are saying it's electricity charge or the damage packets compensation. Is this so, the comsumer has to pay the compensation of the packets damaged during the delivery by dealer. Kindly help with this issue because it's not a single purchase rather milk is a daily requisite and paying extra every day isn't a healthy practice for the consumers. The shop address being:

I have purchased half kg amul pure ghee from relience fresh old alwal hyderabad. I am 100% sure that this ghee is not pure. 30 to 40% white lumps are there in packet.
My wife was complaining about it but i ignored her as was having full trust in amul brand which is shattered completely. I am going to tell this to everyone in my family and friends.
If someone is doing this adulteration in ghee by manufacturing fake products then...

I ve purchased 5kg tins of amul ghee.. But it’s a fake ghee n walmart is not listening about d complaint.. I’m d regular buyer of amul ghee n this time i found it’s totally tasteless, smell less.. It’s a mixture of refined n dalda ghee n very less quantity of pure desi ghee (To gv d originality effect..). So i returned unpacked one but they have not taken d unsealed pack.. As they have to sale to next customer if it’s packed.. Being a good brand since no of year they should maintain their dignity n originality.. Inspite of being popular.. You people r damaging ur brand which took several year to come at this position.. There r lots of other brand is coming now these dayz people will go for it.. Very soon ur brand will come from top to bottom i[censored] will not look into d matter seriously.. N i just want my money back i. E 2200rs thanx

I bought amul cheese slices from a store at powai. When opened it smelled yakk. Called amul customer care. They said they would send a new 200gms pack in a week. Called up again, they said 2 to 3 days. I asked them what if it doesnt come, they said then i can do as i wish. Complain no eas 21495. Its been 15 days. Can this consumer forum solve this issue pls.
