Hello sir,
We have noticed that the test of buttermilk is very very bad like water. Please change the delivery from the manufacturer named "kaira dairy anand" in my area "bayad, dist:aravalli". The taste of buttermilk distribution in ahmedabad, gandhinagar, palanpur is best but in our area is worst. Please take this complaints seriously nighters i will complaint in fsssi and consumer forum. Thank you

i am jitendra chheda from chheda dryfruits and snacks, walkeshwer, mumbai, a retail store keeper and i sell amul products since long time. We have jinver enterprise as amul distributor in our area. We are not happy with his irregular service and attitude towards us and no one from amul also come to visit our area to inspect. Recently we had an issue with jinver enterprise and he threatened us to stop supplying amul products, and he literally does that. He is not ready to sort the matter but on top of it he stops the supply. There are many retailers who are facing this against him but it seems no one from amul takes any action or not even listen to our problems so no retailer wants to go against the distributor, and this is why the distributor himself act as if he owns the company. We had issues with cadburys but the company sorted the matter by sending their executives personally. We have regular inspections by itc, unilever, coco cola, pepsi, and cadbury to look into product supply and service of the distributor but not amul. I hope after this email, amul too will look into our matter. If you intend to come to our place many of our retailers will come up with their problems. This email is just to give brief of our problem, i would like to speak to your executive personally if you wish to help us out. On 12.10.17 i purchased 2 kg. Of amul toned milk from m/s gupta dairy, h-19 sector-07 rohini delhi-110085, which turned sour after boiling.

I lodged a complaint on amul customer care on 12.10.17 vide complaint no.17731.

Afterthat i reminded three times but no action.

Kindly look into and arrange to return 2 kg. Amul toned milk.

Pl refer my mail dated 22. 27 aug 17, 02 sep 17 and several verbal communication on non replacement of 2 ltrs of sour milk on 08 aug 17 vide cplain no 13864 dated 08 aug 17.

My complain has been closed without redressing my grievance. Customer care of amul has refused to take my complain stating that my complain has been closed. But till date i have not received the replacement of milk. I have no option left except to go to consumer courts. If not redressed. I am compelled to take this step. My earlier mail has also not been addressed by your company. Its really pathetic on part of amul company.

I visited AMUL Parlour located at Anand-Sojitra road, Vithal Udyognagar, GIDC, Anand, Gujarat, 3888121 at 9: 30 pm on 25.10.2017 the shutter of the shoppe was half closed.

As it is the time of Diwali most of the shops are closed but as the shutter is half closed I knocked and called is there anyone? Then after banging few time a person came saying can't you see the shop is closed. I requested him to give me Paneer as most of the shops are closed. He started abusing me for my banging at the shutter and told the shop has been closed. I told I was in an urgent requirement of it and as most of the shops are closed and seeing it half open I knocked at the shutter.

We two ladies were there and that is not a way to treat a customer and specially a lady. He would have just told no why did he misbehaved with us? This is not the first time I am been misbehaved. Many times for change also sales person at this AMUL Parlour has misbehaved.

I request to take disciplinary actions towads such things as it ruins the brands name.

Today i bought the product amul masala chaanch mfg 25/05/17 and expiry date is 180 days 25 nov 2017.
It smelled off and disgusting. Obviously not edible and i have a feeling made out of bad milk for sure. For a consumer to trust in a brand cn just go away in just one mistake surely things were ignored at manufacturing end. Dissappointed.
Please look into the matter and the batch that was made during this time.
By the smell i almost puked it was so off. I wonder what checking are done.

I had purchased a packet of 750 ml amul afghan dry fruit ice cream from a local dealer today i. E.[protected]. The packet of ice cream did not have any dry fruits, it was just plain peach colour ice cream. I have had this brand of ice cream before and was always satisfied.in fact my family loves the orange jelly and the dry fruits in the ice cream and we always ask for this brand. However, this time we were greatly disappointed. Amul signifies quality and this was certainly not expected of them. The batch number printed on the packet is batch kve 2561 and pkd.13-sep-17. Kindly look into this matter because i feel cheated by the no.1 brand in the market.

I buy 5 - 6 litres of amul cow milk and store it which last me 3-4 days. On storing milk fats are deposited inside layer of the polythene pack. On some days there is thick layer of milk fat and on some days there is no milk fat and seems like mother dairy milk and also the milk packet has less air in it. I have been purchasing milk from c block market, east of kailash, new delhi -110065. I feel something wrong is happening on some days. Please look into this.

I and my family members are consuming amul milk for the last more than 12 years. We are resident of 43, sfs aptt. Hauz khas, new delhi-110016. The quality was milk was good all along and we were quite satisfied. As we belong to a neighbouring state haryana and since childhood we consumed pure milk, we know full well from the taste of milk whether it is genuine or spurious. For the last six-seven days the quality of amul milk supplied to hauz khas market is highly tasteless and nobody in my quite large a family is drinking milk. We are hundred percent sure that there is something very seriously wrong with the milk supplied in hauz khas. Kindly collect the samples from hauz khas market and see for yourself that some dishonest person is trying to defame amul. Kindly take immediate action.

I have literally foul experience at one of amul product parlor, located on m. G road, near raymond showroom, bardoli - 394601 dist-surat.
I went to purchase amul masti dahi and purchased one. But as i had 50 ₹ note only ans not carrying anyother currency.
Amul parlor store keeper told me he has no exchange and bluntly told me to leave product and go or either come up with exchange money!!!

I want to let you know... I have been graduated as engineer and also a law student and my father is also an eminent practising advocate!!
So we literally know our rights and rules regulations!!!
No shopkeeper can force a customer just on basis that customer having no exchange!
It's not a duty of customer to keep change of money to give!!!

I didn't argue or fight with that shopkeeper as he's not at all capable to get anything and also i don't want to create any communal problems!!!

I'm hoping that amul customer care department is capable enough to tackle such issue and i'm demanding harsh and strict action against such parlor owner as at the end of day such parlor dealer sinking down prestigious name of amul by such foul and blunt behaviour!!!
Just let me know whatever you can do.

We are getting poor amul milk from shreeji noida 78 up this is happening from last one month are we getting duplicate or spurious milk we want to be sure we are sending it to the laboratery for investigation. We used to get good amount
Of cream and transform the same to some ghee but now there after heating the cream it burns and there is no ghee it has no grease also.

I'm a owner amul scooping parlour today a customer bought amul sugar free belgian dark chocolate from my shop & while eating the same we are surprised to see a tissue paper deep inside of the cup, he was very annoyed with the quality of the product. We have changed the product with newer one. Look into the matter asap.

I am residing in nalasopara (Mumbai). It is seen that anywhere you buy a packet of amul milk or butter milk, the shop keeper charges 1 rs extra on the mrp. When asked about the extra charges, they say that they do not earn anything on the mrp so they charge rs. 1 extra per packet. For ex: 1 pkt of amul butter milk is of mrp rs. 11, but they charge rs 12 from the consumer. I don't know how can they charge above the mrp. Kindly look into this major as this is the major concern. As retail shopkeeper sells about 100-200 pkts of milk and buttermilk.

Dear amul : it is a complaint about double toned milk, today's batch number br07ae061017. I have been noticing that the double toned milk has changed, over a past couple of weeks. The milk appears made of powder these days. Milk appears thicker and whiter than before, tastes a bit sweeter than before. Even a little when added to tea, makes the tea so white. The curd made using this milk is sweeter and if left in the bowl to dry, powder is left in the bowl after drying up. What is happening? Why should i be paying to buy milk made of powder? Please stop fleecing people. If you do not have milk to sell, do not package milk powder in the packets!

I am a mother of 2 kids and generally give rs 10 amul dahi in tiffin along with my food. Today 4th oct 2017 i purchased 1 pack of amul dahi of rs 10 from my near shop in the morning around 8:30am along with my regular amul shakti milk packets. I kept the amul dahi pack in my son's (Age 2.7 years) tiffiin, he goes to playgroup in hopscotch school located at motera, ahmedabad.in the afternoon at 12:45 pm when i went to pick him up, i was informed by her class teacher that when she opened the amul dahi pack, after 2-3 sons of feeding him they saw a purple colour thing in the dahi. When taken out from the teachers hands and observed closely it was looking like a peice of balloon. As they found this not suitable and can be harmful for a kid of 2.7 years, they didn't make him eat that dahi.
I would request you to please attend this complaint. If required teachers and i have taken photos of the dahi pack.

We wanted to keep cheese and butter in our shop but yamuna marketing after creating our account and delivering 1st lot of stock stopped their services telling there is a amul parlor next door. We sell bread and pizza base alongwith other bakery items. Hence our customers insist us to keep cheese and butter.

Request you to take necessary action and start supply of cheese and butter in our shop.

I purchaged three 500 ml bags of amul shakti milk from a amul retail shop, near to my residence. Next day morning, after 24 hours, while heating, the milk split and turned to white sediments. This does not happen normally. It is quite normal that the milk bags are opened next day (From freeze) and heated for further use. This happened only this time.

I immediately approached the dealer and requested for replacement. However, he even refused to even listen and driven me out in presence of so many other customers standing there. I am a senior citizen.

The behaviour and conduct of the dealer was shocking and unbearable. The address of the dealer is: near hatvee tower, municipal garden, anandnagar road, satellite, ahmedabad 380015.

I want the dealer to apologise and assurance for civilised conduct with all the customers. I also want replacement of three shikti milk bags as amul should know that the milk being sold is defective and not properly quality audited. With regards, kanu mistry (M) [protected]

This is my painfull information to u that i had purchase 1kg of amul powder from belgharia santi bhander, kolkata -700056. Unfortunately that packed powder was dispute. I was told that to your holeseller at howrah but no soluation is given to me what i will do now. Also i send a mail to your company but no reply till today kindly solv my problemn. Thanks.

I had purchased amul cheese packet with checking of mfg date, within few days i found it was smelling badly and even the cheese slice wasn't coming out from the cover paper.

This is not a complaint. Because there is no forum for appreciation of your product, i'm utilising this complaint forum to tell you that amul frostick is the best product you have manufactured till date. It beats foreign-made ice cream in flavour, quality, richness, and price by a long margin. I use this to reward myself for not drinking alcohol. It has since killed my urge successfully. And, it has worked. Godbless. Thank you.
