I have ordered pack of 32 amul lassi costing 1180rs on shop.amul.in through online payment on 08-Feb-2023. No tracking details were provided and upon writing an email to [protected]@amul.coop which was provided by calling to customer care, they provided tracking number of delhivery. On checking tracking details, it's shown as damaged in transit and being returned. I have written mail to amul and they said we are processing a refund to payment source. Till now 25-Mar-2023, I haven't received any refund. Upon writing continuous emails to amul, they are simply replying it's taking longer than expected. Very bad service from Amul.

Had bought a full crate of Amul Moti milk as I am a regular user of Amul, but in 11 pouches I had found water & thick mass of milk which was also smelling as shown in picture.

Myself Ayush Mehndiratta placed an amul Protien lassi order by paying through upi. The payment is completed but the order is showing it’s not placed and when i mailed this to amul team they are saying that the transaction is not completed and the amount paid is zero. It’s clearly visible from the payment screenshots which i attached that the payment is completed and they are accusing me of not paying the money which i paid.

I have ordered a packet of Amul malai paneer from blinkit on 14/03/2023. The paneer recieved was tasting sour and bitter. Very awful. The manufacturing date was 14/02/2023 and expiry date was 13/08/2023.

I have been consuming amul milk green packet since last 3 years... it has been amazing . But nowadays it feels more like water and malai is not as thick it used to be. Please improve the quality we love Amul and it's consistency

I had ordered a pack of 30 amul protein buttermilk packets. The buttermilk is very think and smells very bad. It has a very bad taste and is frothing. It is spoilt. Please replace the product.

In bit earlier when i just returned from my office just another day i bought a amul 500ml taaza pack, but after cut it and pour it into my milk pot to boil i noticed that something is floating in the upper portion of the milk, i fetch then and saw it's a dried dead mosquito, I threw it away, but i forgot to click a picture to prove, it was too tiny to capture, i thought that after click it nobody understood what actually it is, here i want to mention one more thing is particularly in amul taaza 500ml pack i noticed this situation for floating a odd substances from 2-3times (including this time).

I'm staying in vadodara karelibaug area.There's an amul parlor in my area besides deepika garden located in very prime location. Whenever we go for purchasing any goods their behavior was very rude .They don't know how to behave to customers specifically to a woman, today i went there to purchase curd worth of rs 72 and i gave 80 rs as they don't have change of 8rs he started arguing with me in rude manner. uncle started talking in a very rude manner which is very unacceptable for a customer . They treat customers like beggars and do not maintain decorum while replying to the customer. This is not one of the one case. This thing has happened to other customers as well in the past from the same amul parlor .We always make it a point to go with required change (rupees) but sometimes situations happen that we don't have change of rupee but they ensure to give bad treatment to the customers on the points.its very bad to see such situations. As a customer i want you to take strict actions against the owner for such bad behaviour against the customer and pls do look forward in this matter as this cant be tolerated from such a reputed company like Amul .
Hoping for a positive reply regarding the same and a quick response from your side.

I have purchased amul taaza milk carten from Khushi agency safipur first harjendar nagar lal Bangla kanpur u.p 208007
On 16th february 2023 around 8 pm when I was about to use this product I found that the pack was swelled up like a baloon ( pictures attached )

I took this complain to the vender he straight forward refused to entertain or even listen to my complain he just answered it will not be replaced dint even explained why this happened or what is the solution for this

My concern

1:- This kind of people or companies distributor are ruining companies reputation
2:- the products are sold with out any cash memo or bill
3:- no customer satisfaction
4:- no replacement

I want a clarification regarding this issue from the company and refund of the damaged product sold to me by the distributor

I ordered Amul protein butter milk on 10/02/2023 of Rs1500/-

I started drinking amul Protein butter milk after 3 days of delivery and i noticed the buttermilk is very thick in consistency and it stays stick in the paper container and tastes different this time, i opened the paper container and saw it had very thick butter milk which i am sure is not in good condition l. I am facing digestion problems and uneasiness after drinking it.
I have ordered Amul protein butter milk several times but haven't observed this problem before
The expiry date mentioned on the container is 12/06/23.
I would like you to solve my problem asap

I got amul cheese slice 10 pack from a nearby shop.
But product quality is bad.
The shop refused to take responsibility.
The cheese slices tasted bad and broke into powdery pieces.
The product is not expired .

I ordered unsalted white butter from Zepto, it is online 5 min delivery app.

When I opened the package the butter was pale yellow, instead of white color.

I thought the Amul has changed its butter, then I found out that it's fake and Zepto app is delivering this fake product all-around.

I am shocked and horrified

Expired Butter milk sold out at JNU outlet near KC Kamal Complex.

Within 1 months. The Amul Paneer pack expired. The taste is ... But, in this pack print the expiry date after 6 months of manufacturing date.

I've bought an Amul curd of 1L pack from Reliance Fresh. Just a day after, it started an being bad and tested sour. This happened before also.

Order the Amul protein pack of 8 from its official website, the amount got deducted from my account but on website Shows payment failed and retry, Kindly look into it.

I have bought a butter from a general store near me in delhi chhatarpur don't buy amul butter when u see the green mark on the top pf the box in below right corner...

Dear sir, I am leaving at C 193 Gamma 1 Greater Noida U P. I purchased through our Local vendor one 500 gm Amul Butter a week back. found fungus. even after removing the upper layer containing the fungus still it crop up at another place. This has happened 1st time with me.
kindly replace the butter and find the reason of Fungus.

Thereafter I made online payment but unable to track the status because there is no option available on the aforementioned website

On consumercomplaints.in website I found customer care number[protected] and called it. I was asked to install anydesk app and open my payment app for tracking id. I immediately got suspicious and disconnected the call.
I called again on this very number and another person received it and repeated the same instructions and I asked for his identity he disconnected ;my call.
I called again and got rude reply and first person answered it saying without anydesk he can’t help.
Again I called and again rude response and he disconnected.
This appears to be a cyber fraud case.
I got another customer care number[protected] and this also appears to be fraud because I got call back from +[protected] and he refused to identify his company as Amul. He said my order not shipped because there is no stock and order is canceled and he has initiated refund and sent on my WhatsApp this message from another number from him +[protected] with name Rahul Sharma as his name on his WhatsApp :

He then insisted that I give the grid numbers on my debit card and I refused. He insisted that without grid number I can not get refund.

I suspect cyber fraud.
How do I get my order tracking and refund if I cancel the order.

Kindly file complaint against these numbers and also take up with Amul milk.
