I purchased a 750 gms of amul cheese slice online from reliance. When I opened, pack there was a weird stench. Upon opening the slices, numerous slices had fungus and were smelling awful. Luckily my family had consumed only a few slices. Had they eaten these fungus slices unknowingly it could lead to food poisoning. This kind of quality is not expected from well renowned brand like Amul.

What is your quality control doing?? Don't u check the product before despatching it for sale to consumers??

I bought a 200gm pack of Amul Cheese on 3rd Jan. 2017 from a grocery store in East Delhi. After opening the outer pack, a very foul smelling emanated and the inner pack was puffy. I lodged a complaint with consumer helpline number on 4th Jan 2017 vide complaint no. - 4094. Repeated telephonic reminders to resolve the complaint have fallen on deaf ears.

Please send your company guy for our home visit & test your milk bcoz

if someone drank that milk he/she died.
also amul's email id doesn, t work when we send mail to there id([protected]@amul.coop) the mail Fail to send

Hi,

Some amul products are very very difficult to find in markets - Amul dark chocolate and mystic mocha range of chocolates and amul milk in 200ml tetra pack.

Though both these products are fantastic - the 200 ml milk pack is the best size from a consumer standpoint.

I live in the Thane area but have searched for these amul products in malad, thane, ghatkopar and jogeshwari area. it is just difficult and impossible to find.

Please make these products available easily.

Just now my mom baught a pack of amul paneer.due to her poor eye sight she was unsble to check the expiry of the product.
When bought and opened the product was smelling and rotan . If this product was consumed sure it might be the health dangerous situation!
And when returned to the shop keeper he refused to take back the product!
Is this the way you people circulate daily food products?
I am really upset with this insident .
Will take this matter further if appropriate action is not taken.

I always buy ice-cream from amul parlour based in margao goa, just 2 days back i purchased amul starwberry buy one get one free MRP 160/- ( from this i purchased only one part which should cost me Rs 80/-) but the retailer charged me Rs.85/- i came to know once i reached home..is this the way the customer is to be cheated. this parlour is based in margao near hari mandir. kindly check on..

I purchased 11 amul taza tetrapck. 5 of them contained burst milk. All deteriorated pack had same batch no:baa 2911sl4f2a3, mfg dt: 17-oct 17.
It a serious issue of quality. Because 5 from 11 contains burst milk and more serious is of same batch. So it clearly shows quality control is niot being done at amul.
Everybody trust amul, even i did blindly, but this issue shocked me.
Amul should take strict action against it. Refund my money, take random pick up from all batch, quality check, and most important,,, should recall the said batch from the market.

Ghee smells like plastic and there is a plastic in toast. No back answer from customer care toll free number. So what I do? And shopkeeper tell me what you do, nothing.he said 'is Your child in hospita?' How could this he said to me... Take a legal action ...I Am not able to load pic of Amul toast thi file is too big that's why if you want to see then send me your number or detail, I will show you all. This problem is in almost September making products. I tried many times but can't able to upload pictures

Just now I went with family in s.f road branch siliguri west Bengal we took chocobar 4pcs box pack in which rs 65 printed but owner charged rs 100 when told by me he misbehaved with us.pls find attached file.

If branded showroom will do this we have to go to consumer court shame on u amul.even I am giving this details to social media.

I purchase maul ghee from retailer.Bach no:GAA2641, PACKING DATE 20/SEP/2016.I open the teen & some quantity use but ghee smell & quality is not pure.so I return ghee teen to retailer .retailer contact the distributer to replace the teen but distributer says that replacement not available . so I request that please see in the matter &solve this matter .

I am a senior citizen residence of kalyan yogi dham area (Maharashtra) 421301. Store keeper doesn't have manners to speak to senior citizen.

I have asked to provide milk bag of 1ltr he said amul dosen't provide 1ltr milk bag. I told him that it's available in the market he said go and buy from there.

Is this the way to speak to the customer and that too senior citizen.

Hence request an apology for the same.

Today (11/12/16) i purchased tonned 500 gm milk. but the weght of milk is 355 gm.
This type of problm i saw many times but i ignored them.

But packing departmnt repeated the problem so many times.

Reg: amul milk chocolates covered in fungus
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the inconvenience experienced on consuming your product.
On the morning of 5th december, after consuming more than half of the amul milk chocolate i found that it was covered in a layer of fungus. The product was packed on 4th february 2016 and claimed to be best before 12 months. So the chocolate was still within the expiry period. I could feel the foul smell coming from my throat for the entire day after consuming the chocolate. After opening the remaining chocolates few others also had fungus on them. It is highly disappointing that a well renowned brand like amul supplies such degraded quality of products. I had always been an ardent consumer of amul products but after this incidence i can no longer trust your company.
I would expect you to take the necessary action as soon as possible or i will have to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum. I am enclosing the images as proof.

I am buying the amul 500 kg ghee on dated 28/11/2016 from lokmanya shop, jijamata road, pumphouse. The ghee was durty smeling & i am eating yesterday night then i omitted after eating the ghee. The shop owner said give the orali writting i will send to compony but he can't give my money so what can i do my contact no is already mentioned in under.

I purchased 2.5 litre of toned and half litre of mail milk from Niranjan store sector 35 Faridabad 121003. Haryana on 19.12.16. I stored the milk in fridge and opened one packet of toned milk on 20.11.2016 and its taste was altered and metallic. I returned all the unused milk to Niranjan store, but he refused to replace or refund the money and told me to complaint in customer care.I am using mail milk from last 6 years and never ever have any complaint against the quality of milk.but this time it was really very bad experience. I humbly request you to look into the latter and enquire whether milk is contaminated or other reasons for altered taste.

My local grocery vendor charged extra one rupee per amul milk and dahi packets when i paid through my debit card. They informed its the company which charges extra on paying through card say 20 rs milk becomes 21 on paying through card. Due to cash problem these days how can amul charge extra (More than mrp) on paying through card.

Instead of giving rebate on buying 5 packets they are charging extra.

Want to check if this is policy of amul or my local vendor is acting smart.

I bought amul cheese cube box from a supermarket. On opening the wrapper of the cube, on same day of purchase, i see fungus all over the cube. Fungus is not even on the small part. Entire cheese cube has fungus on it.
The expiry date hasn't come yet. It was packed on 13th april 2016 and the box says "best before 9 months" and it was stored in refrigerator at the supermarket as well. I want this issue to be resolved soon. I have paid money for it and i must get services in return.

I have a problem regarding price of your products.each and every shops of our area is charging 1 rupee extra on mrp of your product.when i ask for reason they say its our profit or charge of cold storage or comission etc ...hope you consider this and stop this corruption and increment in black money and cheating with your customer.this problem is unsolved from last five years if still not considering this u r putting your place in doubt by saving this curruption.hope u solve this and support india in new step which it taking to stop corruption and stop black money.

I've purchased a Amul Butter of 500g pack about 5 days ago and opened up for use yesterday, but we could not intake a little bite because of its bad smell. though the product is not expired but the smell is possibly because of high pesticide content. At first I contacted the dealer/retailer from the product is purchased but they are not agreed to return or replace the product.
In this circumstance, what should I do? Please help me from your Company's end, otherwise I'll handover the product to my veneer quality Judgement Lab (Under Consumer Forum) and the fight will be in consumer Court.
Hope you will be eager enough to regain your Company's reputation "THE TASTE OF INDIA" and resolve my problem soon.

Yesterday on the occasion of Vijayadashami, I have brought 02 No’s of Amul Shrikhand( half kg) from Anand Provision, Begampura, Aurangabad ( Maharashtra)
Prop. Of this shoppy is Mr. Pande who has agency of Amul Product.

Manufacturing of the same was 06 16 and expiry of the product was 6 month from the date of manufacturing, but during Lunch time when we
Open the pack it was in hard condition & when We eat, it’s taste was changed, we were surprised when we take a taste for the same. Immediately, I was kept the pack aside and after lunch immediately it returns to Anand Provision( 1.30 pm), he was also surprised and saying that this was not happened earlier.
Pl. note we are regularly using Amul Shrikahand, but this was never happened earlier.

I have returned this product to Anand Provision.
You are requested to collect the same from Anand Provision as early as possible and give your findings.

Pl. note you spoil our days Sweetness, joy & much more on the occasion of Vijayadashami. Never forget in life.
