I boughtAmul double cream and toned milk packets between dates 3rd Nov, 2016 to 5th Nov, 2016. Whenever I tried to make curd from milk, after waiting for whole night, I saw in morning curd was not ready instead milk got spoiled (Doodh phat gaya as we say in Hindi).

I tried to boil this spoiled milk just to know that it got converted into a rubber like substance which not an expected behavior from any milk. It seems on occasion of Diwali Amul is making fool of its customers by selling some impure may be synthetic Milk.

Today 3rd nov 2016 - amul milk 200ml tetrapack (of 24th sept 2016 batch gaa2681 with a 6 month expiry) opened this morning found a thick white paste and water instead of milk coming out.

20th aug 2015 - amul masti dahi (4th aug 2015 batch ikr216). found a brown color 'foreign' body o[censored]nknown origin. not sure if it is was an insect or something else. had sent this feedback with photos to amul, but no response till date.

Mail sent today to amul bounced back

As a renowned company, it is very sad to say that in west bengal shop keepers of the amul product has been charging extra rs. 1 or 2 in amul milk product without any reason. If so asked reason for this extra charge they rudely ans take it or keep it.
Thus its to inform you that take a action for it as many consumer are facing the problem or else provide any solution to us to tackle it

I am going to complain about the amul teta pack which was found with foul smell... When i opened the tetra amul pack... I came to know that it was already frozen and giving a foul smell... I opened another packet it was also frozen and was also giving a foul smell too... I f i had drunk it then i must been fall ill... I don't expect this type of companies product can do such mistakes...

Yesterday on the occasion of vijayadashami, i have brought 02 no’s of amul shrikhand (half kg) from anand provision, begampura, aurangabad (maharashtra)
Prop. of this shoppy is mr. pande who has agency of amul product.

Manufacturing of the same was 06 16 and expiry of the product was 6 month from the date of manufacturing, but during lunch time when we
Open the pack it was in hard condition & when we eat, it’s taste was changed, we were surprised when we take a taste for the same. immediately, i was kept the pack aside and after lunch immediately it returns to anand provision (1.30 pm), he was also surprised and saying that this was not happened earlier.
Pl. note we are regularly using amul shrikahand, but this was never happened earlier.

I have returned this product to anand provision.
You are requested to collect the same from anand provision as early as possible and give your findings.

This is the real incident which is presently happening in some parts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and i m quite sure that this is even happening in others places also..the MRP rate of Amul Milk is not properly followed by some of the shop sellers as they are selling it by increase in Re 1 or 2, if we ask the reason to them that why we should pay extra 1 Re they give the reason by saying that-" we are keeping the milk in refrigerater"..for which we the nearby citizen have to buy it(milk) in more than the real price i want to know that want we should do in such a case ... i have thought to complain it in consumer court but i wrote first to u ...i wish i would get the positive response ...

I hereby need to inform you that, my wife purchased product of your reputed company i.e. AMUL SHRIKHAND on 19th October, 2016 for pack of 500 GMS from shop “GOPAL DAIRY” located at 90 Feet Road, Bhayander West.

I need to given in your notice that, the product which we purchase “AMUL SHRIKHAND - ELAICHI” is visually seen in Cream / Little Yellow colour. Usually, it is always in White colour, exactly show the picture on the pack.

There is something wrong by seen visually. We have to open and used some from pack approx 25% to 30% because of Guest at home, but when we come to know and decided to stop and not to eat and take the pack to shopkeeper for his notice. He asked us to write us letter in your favor to draw your attention.

The purpose of informing this thing shopkeeper and your company to take precaution in future.

I am very much familiar with AMUL PRODUCT since 2-3 decades and I disappoint with this time. I aware there is no matter of huge Money but the matter to respect with AMUL.

According to your MFG date is mentioned on pack is “28th August, 2016” and it is Best before Six Month as per your condition, then also it is not in quality to eat. I have took photograph and video for your information, if require by you.

I will also put email to company directly and update them about facts.

I will await your prompt response in this matter and expect your reply / action.

I bought amul cheesespread from a local store in surat on 16th oct, 2016 (Baker's bunch - vesu branch).
The product i bought is expired. It was manufactured in dec 2015.
We didn't expected a brand like amul to sell expired products in the market.
Please take strict action against those who are responsible for this and selling expired products.
I also have pictures of the bill for reference.

Amul parlor on the way from Changodar to Moriya at Ahmedabad is charging 1 Rs Additional charge on milk products.
As per government rules n regulation the charge on every product should not be given more than MRP
I request you to please stop this & take immediate action on the location otherwise i need to go to grahak suraksha kendra as per rules n regulation

Dear all,
I am retailer from nainital uttrakhand market (M/s gulati gift house).
I want to bring to your kind notice that distributor of nainital (M/s mohan character) does not supply stock to us even he does not pass proper margins to the retailer, and when we asked for the same he stopped the supply.
Even none of company person visited the market for the same.
It's my humble request to solve the issue.

Respected sir, this is frequently happening to each shop who are selling amul milk products, taking 2 to 3 rs extra on printed mrp. When to ask why shopkeepers saying this is how it is, if you want to buy you can or get lost.. Please do the needful for this. Customers are helpless in this case. We all residents of here gives this complaint. Thank you very much sir. I hope you will help us from this kind of suffering

Yesterday while i was going to purchase amul gold milk at 8 patel colony area one of famous vegetable shop jamnagar gujarat i am shocked to show the manufacture date is 12 oct 16 and today is the 10 oct 16... When i told to shop person he told me now company have starting pre dated manufacture date...

Shopkeeper have not any proper answer and he told me that i directly ask to dealer...

we are one of the retailer & distributor (APO) for exclusive amul products, since 4 years i have been seen the complaints of some people about their problems i felt that AMUL such a big brand in retail world is failing to solve the problems of their business Co-partners. its very pathetic that the Employees who are recruited for such a big brand are well educated, smart worker, honest to terms, team oriented etc. but in our state hyderabad telegana the milk was launched on 1st jan 2015 we are from the day 1 retailer for selling milk, i have seen that the whole team from amul milk from your executive level to Mr. gouran dixit are really worthless in maintaining the market, nothing is been maintained there is no proper levels, the rates have been hiked, there is no proper supply of curd which they have launched there is no proper marketing of milk, there are some issues from some distributors which are not been addressed properly my mr.dixit. i dont know how you people have hired such a foolish person who doesnt be on one word, there are many issues in hyderabad i am one of them, if you really want to know the issues, really want to solve the issues in hyderabad were you can get a good volumes of milk bussiness please we are here to tell mamy more which are to be sloved, kindly please post this to your higher levels for faster solutions if not i will have a second thought about amul, if not resolved my next mail will be to Mr. R.s. sodhi sir

I brought amul butter scotch ice cream party pack today with mrp of rs240 but the ice cream had a wierd taste like be milk being over cooked and a wierd texture also this completely ruined my family party. I request you to give me a refund or else provide a replacement as soon as possible. This type of service is not acceptable by a brand like amul.

I recently brought amul butter from two stores in delhi and both are giving me 5-6 month butter.

Please confirm why in delhi where i stay mayur vihar phase-3, we are getting 5-6 month old stock - maa 1402 batch number - it is packed on 19th may 2016.

Why are selling old stuff here and please confirm if this ur original product or a duplicate, since everything is getting duplicated now.

Awaiting a response and please provide new stuff to delhi people.

Also it tastes very oily, i wasted rs 40+ rs 40 for two packets in two days.

We are regularly purchasing Amul milk from our local vendor at Windsor Park Indirapuram Society at Ghazibad in NCR region and today we have found that "Pink Colour" at bottom of the utensil in which we boiled it. This seems to contaminated milk and must have some chemical mixed it. This is highly pethetic and it so dengerous.
We tried calling your helpdesk number [protected] and nobody is responding.

Pleas take the strict action against those who are responsible for this and we have stored sample of the milk as well.

Recently i have purchased amul ghee from more super market, khammam town, dist.Khammam. Telangana state, india. I found that there is no ghee smell, no ghee colour, no ghee taste and i found that the sweets are also like oily and adhesive. Again i purchased amul ghee from city big super market, penta gadda bazar, khammam town, dist. Khammam. Telangana state. India. Every thing is same like above said. I am requesting the indian people do not purchase amul ghee this is the worst product available in the market. If you have any with you through it in dust been.

Hi, as stated the details of your distributor in the subject line. My car was parked infront of an ATM. Your distributor(name n sap code mentioned in the subject line) have scratched my car from the left hand side while parking his vehicle to unload the crates. Driver name is Sushant Waghmare. It was subsequently been noticed by the persons out there and warned them for their malfunctions. Instead of repetitive warnings the driver ignored and scratched the vehicle. I had been in contact with the owner and the driver but they are giving me false commitments for past close to 24 hours. I had been in touch with the local police station for the same. We just purchased the amul shrikhand - kesar pista flavour from the vijetha supermarket hyderabad today on september 25, 2016. When we opened the pack we found that there is a fungus mould in the product. The details of the product are as follows: pkd: 16/7/2016 b. No:vfa 198/3. Please find the attached photos here for your kind reference. And do the needful.
