Hi,
We just purchased the amul shrikhand - kesar pista flavour from the vijetha supermarket hyderabad today on september 25, 2016. When we opened the pack we found that there is a fungus mould in the product. The details of the product are as follows: pkd: 16/7/2016 b. No:vfa 198/3. Please find the attached photos here for your kind reference. And do the needful.

I am from Goa and have similar problems akin to the woes of many highlighted on this forum with regards to shopkeepers charging more than the MRP on Amul milk packs. If we as an alert customer complain to the shopkeeper, they have the cheek to advise us to go elsewhere and purchase and if threatened that we will complain they further reiterate that they buy from other retailers who charge them the MRP price and so they charge us extra to compensate for their profit element. I have read countless blogs and your forum but it seems to me that like all the other countless letters of complaints, over these years, even my letter will fall onto deaf ears and blind eyes. But may I state that since I am an astute Advocate and know the intricacies involved with dragging this matter to the Consumer forum or for that matter to the Court, I HAVE NO PROBLEM TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER IF YOU DON'T ACT UPON THIS COMPLAIN. ( PLS REPLY WITHIN 15 DAYS).

Sir we are a small entrepreneur and we are suffering this problem from a year.
the distributor of amul in the area of shahibabad is not dealing with the customers properly.
even the dont have a sense of tlking and providing leaked packaged to customer and misleading them. plz help or change the distributor.

generally it happens we are paying for whole product atleast we should want fresh or even in good condition

please do something as soon as possible.

I am a regular user for Amul Milk which is available across the counter at our Sagar Dairy shop. The milk is being consumed by our whole family including a 2 year kid.

Most of the time, when boiled, the milk is getting a unbearable burning smell. We are getting around 3 to 4 half litters of milk pouches every day, Out of it usually for the milk from 1 or 2 pouches we are getting this smell. We are very much careful while boiling the milk on medium heat. But still it is giving smell and making it non-consumable.

We are seriously thinking of changing the brand if we dont get any satisfactory answer and action.

Hope you will revert.

I purchased Amul Butter 100gm from a Supermarket near my place. After opening the pack I noticed that the butter was sour and bitter taste. The details of the product are:

Pkd. Date: 06-MAR-16 (best before 12months from manufacturing date)

I want immediate replacement. Hoping to get resolution very soon.

I bought amul taza milk( tetra pack). It was manufactured on july, 2016. After opening the pack we noticed that the milk was spoiled and undrinkable and could have food poisoned if anyone would have drunk it even though it was properly stored. We are your regular customer and blindly trust your brand. Please look into the matter.

All Retailer shop near Ajmeri Flats, rander, surat selling Milk at 1 rupee extra cost than MRP even when in morning and afternoon without kept in freeze. Kindly take action against them so we as end consumer are not affected.
In morning milk tanker keep the milk which is sold at 1 rupee higer the price of MRP. Kindly take serious actions against them as they are theives to Indian economy.

Mere dookan ka naam balaji store ha jo ke tagore garden mai ha hamara doodh amul outlet tagore garden se aata ha kal hamne doodh nahi mangwaya kyoki hamare pas doodh bach raha tha toh aaj usne hame doodh nahi diya mai uski dookan par gaya toh bola ke tumne kal doodh nahi mangwaya isliye nahi bheja or kahta ha aage se lena ho toh lena warna mat lena
So plz improve it

my self seemant bajaj leave in indore (m.p.) . my complaint is that i have a 1 kg pack of ghee which is buy from govind kirana, near kalani nagar, indore . then i got a bad quality product, ghee smell like a dalda . i have through the reaper
when opening so i am unable to expose more detail . please see it seriously.

I had already made a complaint regarding your poor quality of curd under the complaint no.85635 which is not resolved even after the lapse of even more than 2weeks. I followed up number of times overr the telephone & I was given a telephone no.[protected], when I approach the same number Mr. Nimesh Kumar misbehaved & talked rudely. I am unable to understand from where & when the complaint to be resolved. I hope that immediate action to be taken if you failed to resolve thos matter within 2days, there will be no alternate other than to seek the legal remedies.

We are regular customer of amul and consider amul as better option than any other brand available in market. However we are taken aback by the milk we bought today on 06/09/2016. We bought today 2.5 l of toned milk, it had smell as if some medicine is dissolved although it tasted normal but it's smell is a clear sign that something is wrong. It has use by date of 07/09/2016 and written bf30 a m over it in blue ink (Stamp).

We have kept 4 samples of the same lot with us hoping that amul will resolve the complaint very soon.
Resolution expected:- assurance of quality as well as replacement of milk delivered.

I have bought 10 packets of amul milk on 20 aug - single toned from ghaziabad retail shops
All 10 packets milk got deteriorated after boiling
Logged a complaint in amul # 84985
It's been 17 days no one have bothered to look into the complaint
I have called amul customer care 7-9 times
Everytime they say we will talk to ghaziabad office they will deliver 10 packets of fresh milk
But no one have even...

I have bought Amul cone pista Badaam flavour and there was no waffle it was filled with ice cream straight and as soon as you remove paper there was straight I read licking out and spooling out melting all over hand and on paper and break from middle and have pics as well if you need to see let me know the email address I stay in Anand only and have bought this from Ganesh chokdi Anand

So I bought a pack of AMUL cheese slice 3 days back from mittal store kanchanjunga appartments sector 53 NOIDA (u.p)
and when i ate it ...it tasted so bad like so sour and so sticky . it was actually so sticky that one can not even chew it.
the expiry date was fine in the back but the product seemed old to me somehow because of the way it tasted.
i hope i get a replacement of that

I have purchased 5 amul milk toned from anand diary, sonepat (haryana) which are dated 30.08.2016 and milk spoiled/burst immediately while boiling. I have deposited packets with anand diary, sonepat. Anand diary has denied to replace those pkts and told that company is not hearing any complaints and he told me that amul authorised agents of sonepat says that don't purchase amul milk if you have any complaint. This incident has been happened many times. Please give me solution. How can you run this business on the health of people??

Sir, shop-subham dairy, secter-2a, shop no-5, owner-ajit, [protected], complained no-80683, 12.7.2016.1ltr toned pkt milk is not available at shop, many complained done but nothing done, simply gave assurance, simply eye wash ghaziabad up area office telephone numbers never respond, I contacted the concerned authorties on tele no-[protected], [protected], [protected] & send message also, still nothing done since 12.7.2016. lastly I am requesting to solve this, hope early action pl &awaiting reply.regards-rkvarun-[protected]

This is regarding the 150 gm amul dark chocolate packet i bought from a nearby shop on 17.08.2016. The packet was having batch no. Kia1961 having expiry date as 14.07.2016 and lic no.[protected]. To my utter shock and disgust, i found dead common indian black ants, camponotus compressus, burried inside the chocolate, that came out in my mouth while i was consuming it. Apart from ghastliness, it can cause serious health issues as ants carry deadly germs. This is of great concern for the children too who are the major consumers of chocolates. This also raises serious question mark on the hygiene conditions maintained in amul manufacturing units. Your company is highly esteemed and considered to be trustworthy but such kind of attitude is not acceptable when there is such large brand loyalty towards you. Kindly revert me regarding the compensation i can expect from you and regain my confidence in your products.

I had procured a Amul Cheese slice packet of 50 from the market. Though the expiry date is still a few months away, the AMUL product has developed fungus like black marks on the slices in-spite of being refrigerated. We have spoken to the customer care on the helpline number twice in the last one month who promised immediate action by sending someone to our house, but like any other big company only interested in making money, there has been NO RESPONSE from AMUL.
Can I request someone in the hierarchy to kindly respond and take remedial action.

I purchase daily 5 10 bags of "Amul gold" everyday. We normally buy these milk from authorised retailer shop only available in our area.
But from last few weeks, that authorised shop owner charges ₹1 extra per each bag of "Amul gold".
I hope it is done with your consent.

We use 10 bags of "Amul gold" everyday. We normally buy these milk from authorised retailer shop only available in our area.
But from last few weeks, that authorised shop owner charges ₹1 extra per each bag of "Amul gold", "Amul Shakti".

We generally encounter such kind o[censored]nofficial extra charges from non-authorised dealers. But now if authorised dealers are charging such extra money, from where we should buy the milk.
