Amul milk is the best milk among all others.Bit the only thing i dint like is the packaging.Earlier it had a pouring lid but now they dont hav it.The lid was best way to preserve as well as use it.Even the 200ml tetra pack also dont have a straw.It says to cut and pour.kindly request you to bring back same quality packaging.whatever the milk is the best but just improvise the packaging.

June3rd I have bought a “Amul” chocobar from ice-cream parlour for my 2.6 year old KID.
My kid was eating a Chocobar of “Amul” and while eating she bit on something hard.
Immediately she spit it out to find a big metal nut which were inside the chocobar causing injuries to her teeth and mouth. I dumped the rest of the ice cream in the sink and let it melt to find something else inside but couldn’t see anything else...

I bought amul vanilla royale 2ltr. Pack. The taste of the product is not as it usually is. It tastes more powdery and the vanilla flavor is not to be found anywhere. I buy this flavour on a regular basis and it is the first time it was really bad.

I have found one half inch long iron nail in one of the Amul ice cream cone which my two year son was eating.
If swallowed it could be highly dangerous.

I have strong concerns on this serious issue.
I can show you the actual photographs taken after that.
Kindly take a serious action against this.
If such a branded company has no standards then how can we eat any packaged food in market....

Ever since you have increased the cost of amul packet milk by rs.1 per pouch of both half litre and one litre, distributor from our area has stopped supplying 1 litre pouch.
I made complain at amul customer service through phone but to no avail. This malpractice was published in hindi newspaper because this practice has been rampant through out ghaziabad but distributor hasn’t budged to supply 1 litre packet.br...

Hi this is dr.kamal from M.P.shah govt medical college jamnagar. we have a AMUL products outlet in our college. but vendor always charges more than the MRP. this is not only my experience but most of the students have experienced being overcharged and rudeness of the vendor on asking the overcharged amount. as milk bag was costing 18rs i was charged 20 rs and when i asked for change he replied of not having change and he won't give it either...

Bought a chochip ice cream family pack today... Stating 25% extra.
But nothing extra was there in the family pack.

Quality of milk is very poor. I use to purchage it from local shop but in month aprox 10 ltr. milk fat jaat hai. Local shopkeeper is not taking any responsibility. Please investigate and share the root cause of this issue. I am facing this issue from last 2-3 months.
Please also me know what corrective actions you have taken and by when this issue will get resolved.
If not able to resolve, please stop manufacturing of milk....

I bought amul full cream of 1 litre on 31 july 16(Sunday). When i start boiling it showed like milk ejaculation(dudh phatna). Sounds like bubbling likewise comes at the time of milk ejaculation. So; i poured 1 tsp of vinegar but its not ejaculated completely. Then i poured 10 tsp of vinegar 1 by 1 but still the condition was same. Then i poured 1 bowl curd then again the condition was same. Replacement of cheese cubes as cubes were foud to contain fungus.I have pursuing the same for the last 1 month since the time I bought them.I have yet to see a worse customer care service centre.

I am a shop keeper i am regularly purchasing your amul milk from your distributor in gurgaon sector-49.
Everyday i purchased 6 carrate milk as well as dahi and chaz. But every there i 1-2 leaked polypack in it.. When i said same thing thing to driver they said you check before take.. Then from next day i want to check it but both 2 guys are in such a hurry that as i am check they left from my place.. They regularly first take money...
