Bought a chochip ice cream family pack today... Stating 25% extra.
But nothing extra was there in the family pack.

Quality of milk is very poor. I use to purchage it from local shop but in month aprox 10 ltr. milk fat jaat hai. Local shopkeeper is not taking any responsibility. Please investigate and share the root cause of this issue. I am facing this issue from last 2-3 months.
Please also me know what corrective actions you have taken and by when this issue will get resolved.
If not able to resolve, please stop manufacturing of milk.

I bought amul full cream of 1 litre on 31 july 16(Sunday). When i start boiling it showed like milk ejaculation(dudh phatna). Sounds like bubbling likewise comes at the time of milk ejaculation. So; i poured 1 tsp of vinegar but its not ejaculated completely. Then i poured 10 tsp of vinegar 1 by 1 but still the condition was same. Then i poured 1 bowl curd then again the condition was same. So; finally i poured lemon juice of 3 lemon( ~15 tsp) . But i shocked to see that still it was same as it was initially. So; i want test of that amul full cream milk. That's why i can get to know that it was pure milk or case of food adulteration.

Replacement of cheese cubes as cubes were foud to contain fungus.I have pursuing the same for the last 1 month since the time I bought them.I have yet to see a worse customer care service centre.

I am a shop keeper i am regularly purchasing your amul milk from your distributor in gurgaon sector-49.
Everyday i purchased 6 carrate milk as well as dahi and chaz. But every there i 1-2 leaked polypack in it.. When i said same thing thing to driver they said you check before take.. Then from next day i want to check it but both 2 guys are in such a hurry that as i am check they left from my place.. They regularly first take money how much i have to buy and then went to van and give to us. They are using abusing language and say this is your choice you have to take milk or not. We are not responsible.

Please look into this matter.

But from sometime approxily from last 16 days the delivery of your amul products is not according to my order... And in my opinion only the responsible of 2 sale boy rahul mb. Ni. [protected] and manish mb. No. [protected] having our area to sale ur produt... I request you to resolve my problems and. Take some action against them. Otherwise i have decide to quit from amul distribution and decide to join verka.. Thankful to you..

I have 70ltr milk left at my shop and the customer have taken back their spoiled milk to my shop. If you were not paying attention to my problem, so i am sorry i have to file a consumer court against your company.

I had bought masti dahi on 19/07/16 from shree dudh sagar which is located in borivali west babhai naka on the pack it was mentioned b. No ika193 pkd on 11 july 15/x/20 and to my surprise when i opened it smelled like something which was rotten for days then i went and changed again but when i opened it smelled the same but when i returned it to mr d k patel he refused to pay me back the money since he told the company might not pay him back for the so called product i would like the company to advice the shopkeepers that if any customer complaints of their product then they should at least return the money or exchange any product. I feel very dissatisfied and disappointed regarding amul policy which has lots of name and has a quality which no one can compare and i feel that from now on i will not recommend anybody for amul products in future in which company only cares of profit instead of customer satisfaction. I was used your product since 08/2006 when i was posted at ahmadabad and it is mentioned that amul products very good. I was transfer to new delhi on 09/2009 and using & purchased amul product here also now i am residing at 589, sector-4, r. K. Puram, new delhi - 110022
I had notice that your supply at above address are not in punctual in time as-well-as quality also and your supply of caw milk on dated 13 & 15/07/2016 are not satisfactory & when boiled caw milk, it was not in position to use (Cow-doodh fhat gaya on both days).

I am very sure by bad smell that it is not original amul ghee.
I have still with me that fake ghee.
Please check it.
Also i will tell the store from where i bought.
Please take action.
I got red marks all of my body after consuming that ghee.
I request food inspector to reach that store and check that ghee.
It is very serious matter.

This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday the amul slim milk pack received from m/s dutta mart, retailer (Distributor:city enterprise, piyala, durgapur-713208) was tasting like water while oily droplets are floating on top & milk particles were seen like floating separately in masses.

The matter shall be treated seriously, looking forward for stern action in this regard. The same thing while enquired with the retailer is found to be repeated in case of other customers too.

Last week i purchased 1kg gee in reliance fresh and i found black spots in it. So please take necessary actions. Amul have goodwill but i never expect from this amul. Literally last month i purchased paneer ice cream slab and gee but i didn't get any defective from that products. But this time i don't know what happened for this. Please make it correct.

I am a regular user of amul milk. Today i first time noted that when we started boiling milk it started turning yellowish. There were yellow spots on the surface of milk. Image is attached with the mail. Image of amul polypacks also attached with the milk. What may have caused this i am concerned regarding the quality of milk we are consuming. Pl look into the matter.

I purchased amul full cream milk on 12jul with batch no. Mk 05 be (Best before 14th july 2016). On tasting it, seemed as if there were chemicals in the milk. The taste it left on tough was very bad, like of a chemical or detergent! Kindly improve your quality, and not play with the lives by putting adulterated amul milk in the market! Just because your company has targets for processing certain amout of litres of milk evryday, doesn't mean tht you would put in adulterants in the milk in order to meet the target! Repercussions on health are serious!

I would like to bring to your notice the sale of stale (fungus ridden) amul products at reliance fresh supermarket in coimbatore (tamil nadu). i happened to buy a can of amul shrikand yesterday (10th july'16) from a reliance fresh store and when i got it home, to my dismay the pack was contaminated with fungus.

Apparently the storage of your products (and several other brands as well) in reliance fresh supermarket is well below the minimum standards and this is leading to people knowingly or unknowingly consuming unhygienic food. i could also witness that your brand of butter and cheese are being sold at 50% discount in what apparently seems like a good deal for customers. but in reality, these are products whose quality is suspect as most of them are drenched in water for god knows how many days. i can provide you further visual proof of various such products of your brand sold in an unhygienic condition by reliance fresh if need be.

I have attached images of the product brought by me yesterday as proof of the allegations. i hope amul, being one of india's most respectable brands shows more accountability towards it customers and takes the strictist possible view of how their products are being handled by various stakeholders in the supply chain. i would want to know what action has been taken against this particular case so that i can continue to trust amul as a iconic brand.

You may please note that i have been a great fan of amul since childhood and would not want its reputation to be blemished in any manner whatsoever.

Today the date is 7th July 2016 and the manufacturing date on the Amul Milk Packet Gold (500 mL) is of 8th July (thats one day advance). Hence, the manufactured date is being faked.

I bought 1 & 1/2 kg full cream milk today (7/7/2016). When I put the utensil of milk on low flame, after 10-15 min, the milk boiled and coagulated, even though the utensil is washed and dried beforehand.
Milk is also not expired.
I bought this milk from the nearest retailer shop.
It is an humble request to please take appropriate action against it.

This is to bring to your kind knowledge that I am a proprietor of a shop in Lajpat Nagar, Krishna Market. I buy Amul Milk everyday around 70-100 litres for further sale. We have huge demand of Amul milk but since last 3-4 days the milk that you provide is getting spoiled in morning itself. We have been receiving lot of complaints from customers also and because of this everyday we are incurring huge losses of about Rs.7000-10, 000/-.

Yesterday when I complained to Amul, some gentlemen from Quality department came to my shop and inquired and took things in writing in a Report form but did not to anything. Today again they called up to ask about milk and today again about 70 litres milk got spoiled (tastes sour and looks thick and yellow) but those official did not take any remedial action against this.

Amul is such a big brand and so we expect some prompt action regarding this so that we don't incur losses everyday because of the quality of milk.

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and revert mail.
