Recently I purchased a sealed Amul Shrikhand dated[protected]which expires after 6 months) and on opening the sealed cover I found fungi in upper half portion (Product batch no. is-UFA115/2, bar code[protected], CM/L[protected].I am really disappointed with the quality of product offered which could cause food poising to customers.

Without expiry date when amul sell for full cream?
yesterday i bought 1 ltr full cream milk purchase (which milk not mention any date like expiry or packing date) and i have two sample also present without expiry date and surely same milk like amul brand so what is the sollution of packing date and how to confirm your milk is orginal milk????

Batch no: GAA 1151. Purchased retailer Berhampur, Odisha. Hari om confectionary. Approriate damages should be paid by a company of such repute as Amul for putting customers like me in peril. Purchased date : 22.6.16

      Sir,
      I need to complaint regarding the extra cost charges for milk packet on departmental stores.
      Nearby my locality i had to purchase a milk packet of cost 19 rupees, but all departmental stores charges 1rupees extra for it.
      I dont know why...but due to TV advertisement ...jago ghrahak jago...they prefer to complaint regarding this misleading cost.
      Now nearby my locality all the depatmental and dairy are been charged for 20rupees.
      I hope u will look into this matter and hoping for soon action on this activity against dairy and depatments.

        We want to bring in your kind notice that your toned milk of blue colour are now selling more then mrp in market
        When i went to to shop which is located in utter pradesh city jhansi location khati baba near seepri they are selling your toned milk more then its mrp that productis of 20 mrp is being printed and they are selling this of 21 rs in market and when we ask that why they are charging more then mrp then they told us that amul ltd told them to sell that product more then mrp.
        And we are disappointed by this statement
        I[censored] r enable to take step then we will take a legal step for this

          I had made a complaint to the company and also through your medium about the fungus infested cheese slices. I got only a couple of phone calls from possibly one Mr. Shukla in Mumbai and that is the end of it. I would like you to pursue the case as also let the public know about it

          I hope that you do consider the feedback from your customers as valuable. My experience has been otherwise though..
          I have complained twice online regarding a packet of fungal infected processed cheese spread(20 slices) which I purchase from D'Mart Mulund west at a cost of Rs 212 and PKD March 2016.
          I have kept the packet with me hoping that somebody from your end will collect it for investigation, but that has been fruitless so far.Would you like me to publish it in the media?

            They are wrong people.
            They collect money and do not supply
            If I put a new order they will reach the next day to collect money????
            But then no show. I have put a comlaint against Amul also. cause they are with them
            But there is no body who can help us get back our hard earned money from these people who are cheating us and in reply they say our money is peanuts.

              The anjeer used in sugar free probiotic icecream of batch number gaa1562 are bitter in taste. This is the worst quality of icecream that i had tasted. I would really like you to check the quality of your icecream. This is something that has happened for the first time. Amul being one of the biggest and most trustworthy companies in india should maintain the quality of their products. This is something which would make me think twice before buying your products again. I would really appreciate if you could answer me back.

                  I bought Amul lassi on 13th June 2016 from vendeman machines in Infosys campus, Pune. When I opened it, to my horror, the seal was already broken and it appeared as if the lassi was replaced or water was added in it to cover up the content. The lassi was also not as thick as it should be.
                  Besides that, as I was thirsty, I drank it and as soon as I drank it, I'm feeling nauseous!
                  Kindly see to it that the seal is replaced with a much better seal for Amul lassi as the seal now looks easily breakable.

                    I am a regular user of amul cheese. This time, i got fungal infested cheese slices and complained twice to the company by e-mail at [protected]@amul. Coop as follows:

                      When opened i found two candies in a single pack however the test was faulty.
                      i boughat the candy from amul outlet B.J arcade Suncity rd Anand nagar Sinhgad rd Pune.The photograph of pack is attached here with.
                      this is consecutive second incident in a day where in the test of amul product was faulty.
                      In the evening we were group of 7 to 8 people. We had amul ice cream in a cone. Some space of the cone was remarkably void. When we started eating we found that the taste was faulty. We brought both the things to shop keepers attention and he promised that he will inform the sales person. This Amul outlet was newly opened near lohegaon bus stop. The mfg date on the packet was April 2016.

                      Is amul loosing the taste of ice cream. The taste of the ice cream was almost similar to old ghee.

                        Today i bought two packets of amul masti dahi (400g poly pack) which are priced at mrp rs 25/- each, from shyam stores, shopping centre, co-operative colony, bokaro steel city, bokaro jharkhand. I was quite aghast when the shopkeeper charged me at rs 28/- per packet instead of the printed mrp of rs 25/- per packet. When i asked why is it so that the selling price is more than the mrp, he informed that they get the amul products (Largely milk and curd) at prices higher than mrp (At least +1 rs). So they have no choice but to sell it at higher prices.
                        Request you to immediately investigate into this stark violation of consumer rights. Please let me know the action taken immediately before i take on other resort.

                          With the due respect I want to complaining against amul company.
                          Amul company increased milk prize every year...government should stop it and it should be decrease about 50%.it is very difficult to survive. Government should interfere otherwise banned this company in country and think about alternative option.as per daily news pepar amul collect milk at About 34 Rs per lit and sell public in 50 Rs. Why?. Government should take action against this company and should be decrease prize for people.
                          If government take serious action against amul company than it is letest example of good work of government and. Public getting benefit.
                          We are waiting for replay as soon as possible because it very very necessary for us.

                            We purchase three and a half litres of milk on regular basis and it has led to an unnecessary increase in our daily expenditures of seven rupees, as the charges have been increased on individual packets and not on litres as whole.

                            It is suggested to withdraw the extra charges put on half litre of milk, otherwise we will have no other option than to switch to another company product.

                              I purchased amul cow milk from rohit pan-bidi shop, a local shopkeeper, he asked me to pay 2 rupees above mrp, which i was not ready to pay as it's aginst the consumer rights. When i refused to pay, he started fighting "aisa to har kahi par hota hai isse kam baav me nahi milega, apko jo karna hai kar lo" please someone guide me what should i do, i want to take action against him.

                                I am the proprietor of vijay stores at 30 chapel rd, bandra-west, mumbai-400050. Chapel rd is the connecting road between hill rd and lilavati hospital.
                                Vijay stores has been dealing in amul products viz amul ice-cream, tetra pack milk, laasi packs, masti packs, cheese, various drinks etc.
                                I am aware that there is some problem with the distributor, as we cannot get your amul products delivered, and we are forced to purchase from ganesh milk centre at khar kabutarkhana. The transportation cost cuts our margin to practically nothing. But we have to sell in order to keep our customers as amul products are in good demand.
                                Two weeks ago, i was directed to call your distributor in bandra-east, who said he is only supplying as stop gap till amul appoints another distributor for bandra-west. I called the bandra-east distributor to order stock, and he gave me the name of a sales representative named mr. Jayprakash, mobile no: [protected]. He accepted my order and said i will get it soon. He was very crude in his speaking and he gave me the impression that he was doing me a great favour.
                                Today, after two weeks, i called and inquired about my order. Mr. Jayprakash very impatiently told me that i will not get delivery, and said,
                                "go to ganesh at khar and get your stock"
                                I asked him, "why did you take the order and then sit on it for two weeks without informing me?"
                                Then very rudely he told me, "just get your stock from ganesh at khar", he just wanted to get rid of me.
                                I told him, "mr. Jayprakash, perhaps you do not know that you are representing a very good and professionally managed company, and it is people like you who are giving amul a bad name. Do you call this giving good service to a regular customer? You should not accept my order if you cannot deliver."
                                He just banged the phone in my face.
                                I am totally upset by his unbelievably ill-mannered attitude, and i sincerely request the management at amul to take a serious view of this incident.

                                  Greetings of the day!

                                  I am a retailer at iit powai, mumbai and want to raise a concern on expired materials (Ice-creams) costing rs. 3000 laying with us since last 3 years. We have raised this concern many times to various distributors however to our surprise there is no action being taken by any one of them...

                                  Please see the below batch information and expiry dates for few of them -

                                  This has been creating us a bad situation in front of customers and we are afraid if due to any mistake if an expired product is sold, it might create a big issues on the quality part. I would like to add here that this is not only a problem with us but other shop keepers at powai are also facing similar or other problem. Please also note that there is no amul distributor is making visit to collect orders from powai.

                                  Request you to further guide us to raise this matter to concern team of your company.

                                    My self deepak sharma residing at indrapuram, ghaziabad, have purchased 1 ice cream brick - choco chips from vendor standing at opposite side of harsha mall, indarpuram. After reaching home, when my family members were using this, they have came to know that it has spoiled. The icecream was giving an unpleasant smell. Its manufacturing was may-2016.

                                      I have come to Kuwait to visit my husband and we bought Amul Rajbhog ice cream from City centre Salmiya. Today when we opened the ice cream, the smell and the taste is very bad. It is sour with very foul smell. Images if the tub attached. The marketing information is in arabic, I think. So cannot contact marketer as mentioned on pack. Please do the needful.

                                        I regret to inform you that i purchase amul taza milk from bigbasket.com in the month of feb 16 and april 16 when i use milk for making tea or boiling for drink milk, (Milk pht jata hai) milk has turned sour. Pl depute the person and check the quality.
                                        I have presently 30 cartons. The validity of product 12 july 16 and 21 july 16 best before use 6 month. Bigbaset.com online. Order: blkvo[protected], the batch no 0211l3mfd 21 jan 2016. Big basket taken back 21cartons and refund the money. But this matter is very serious for health point of view it is not possible to check all the sealed packed for me. If you have any procedure to check the product pl arrange to check as per product company have give guarantee as under amul guarantee no preservatives added and no refrigeration till opened
                                        This type of problem not happen in 1st time
                                        The amul company not serious about custerm comlains. I lodge the complain in yera 2014 reg such type of problem. Company not refunded my money my privious complain no 23311 no actin taken til to day. My present complaint no75429
