We purchase three and a half litres of milk on regular basis and it has led to an unnecessary increase in our daily expenditures of seven rupees, as the charges have been increased on individual packets and not on litres as whole.

It is suggested to withdraw the extra charges put on half litre of milk, otherwise we will have no other option than to switch to another company product.

I purchased amul cow milk from rohit pan-bidi shop, a local shopkeeper, he asked me to pay 2 rupees above mrp, which i was not ready to pay as it's aginst the consumer rights. When i refused to pay, he started fighting "aisa to har kahi par hota hai isse kam baav me nahi milega, apko jo karna hai kar lo" please someone guide me what should i do, i want to take action against him.

I am the proprietor of vijay stores at 30 chapel rd, bandra-west, mumbai-400050. Chapel rd is the connecting road between hill rd and lilavati hospital.
Vijay stores has been dealing in amul products viz amul ice-cream, tetra pack milk, laasi packs, masti packs, cheese, various drinks etc.
I am aware that there is some problem with the distributor, as we cannot get your amul products delivered, and we are forced to purchase from ganesh milk centre at khar kabutarkhana. The transportation cost cuts our margin to practically nothing. But we have to sell in order to keep our customers as amul products are in good demand.
Two weeks ago, i was directed to call your distributor in bandra-east, who said he is only supplying as stop gap till amul appoints another distributor for bandra-west. I called the bandra-east distributor to order stock, and he gave me the name of a sales representative named mr. Jayprakash, mobile no: [protected]. He accepted my order and said i will get it soon. He was very crude in his speaking and he gave me the impression that he was doing me a great favour.
Today, after two weeks, i called and inquired about my order. Mr. Jayprakash very impatiently told me that i will not get delivery, and said,
"go to ganesh at khar and get your stock"
I asked him, "why did you take the order and then sit on it for two weeks without informing me?"
Then very rudely he told me, "just get your stock from ganesh at khar", he just wanted to get rid of me.
I told him, "mr. Jayprakash, perhaps you do not know that you are representing a very good and professionally managed company, and it is people like you who are giving amul a bad name. Do you call this giving good service to a regular customer? You should not accept my order if you cannot deliver."
He just banged the phone in my face.
I am totally upset by his unbelievably ill-mannered attitude, and i sincerely request the management at amul to take a serious view of this incident.

Greetings of the day!

I am a retailer at iit powai, mumbai and want to raise a concern on expired materials (Ice-creams) costing rs. 3000 laying with us since last 3 years. We have raised this concern many times to various distributors however to our surprise there is no action being taken by any one of them...

Please see the below batch information and expiry dates for few of them -

This has been creating us a bad situation in front of customers and we are afraid if due to any mistake if an expired product is sold, it might create a big issues on the quality part. I would like to add here that this is not only a problem with us but other shop keepers at powai are also facing similar or other problem. Please also note that there is no amul distributor is making visit to collect orders from powai.

Request you to further guide us to raise this matter to concern team of your company.

My self deepak sharma residing at indrapuram, ghaziabad, have purchased 1 ice cream brick - choco chips from vendor standing at opposite side of harsha mall, indarpuram. After reaching home, when my family members were using this, they have came to know that it has spoiled. The icecream was giving an unpleasant smell. Its manufacturing was may-2016.

I have come to Kuwait to visit my husband and we bought Amul Rajbhog ice cream from City centre Salmiya. Today when we opened the ice cream, the smell and the taste is very bad. It is sour with very foul smell. Images if the tub attached. The marketing information is in arabic, I think. So cannot contact marketer as mentioned on pack. Please do the needful.

I regret to inform you that i purchase amul taza milk from bigbasket.com in the month of feb 16 and april 16 when i use milk for making tea or boiling for drink milk, (Milk pht jata hai) milk has turned sour. Pl depute the person and check the quality.
I have presently 30 cartons. The validity of product 12 july 16 and 21 july 16 best before use 6 month. Bigbaset.com online. Order: blkvo[protected], the batch no 0211l3mfd 21 jan 2016. Big basket taken back 21cartons and refund the money. But this matter is very serious for health point of view it is not possible to check all the sealed packed for me. If you have any procedure to check the product pl arrange to check as per product company have give guarantee as under amul guarantee no preservatives added and no refrigeration till opened
This type of problem not happen in 1st time
The amul company not serious about custerm comlains. I lodge the complain in yera 2014 reg such type of problem. Company not refunded my money my privious complain no 23311 no actin taken til to day. My present complaint no75429

My name is savan. I am resident of c-304, sidhdhi dhata avika, near aryan city, vandemataram road, gota.
There is a amul parlour opp. My building its name is "charbhuja" its owner is cheating the people of our area. Owner charges more money than mrp he says its the refrigerator charge to keep product cool while all the charges are included in mrp while i have asked him about this extra rupees he told me that if you want to buy amul products from me you have to pay more otherwise buy it from other amul store.
I request you to please take suitable actions against him.

The Quality of food provided by the distributor for this area is not up to the mark and is very bad . the product suppllied by the distributor for amul products gives Avery poor supply and expired products. and sometimes they r tampered.when we complained about the product service and distribution they stopped taking our orders and distribution of amul dairy products to us from last one month.I am providing the address of the distributor of this area

We are taking milk from 2 shops near to us they both are taking Rs. 1 more on each of packet in evening when i oppose for this why are you taking Rs. 1 more on MRP
they told that we are earning nothing from this so we have to take Rs. 2 more
i tried to take bill from them he told that we cannot provide you bill of this price
i feel that something going wrong .
so please clarify this matter & provide us at MRP price of Amul milk

I had purchased 1 litre pure amul ghee from rs world shalimar garden ext 1 sahibabad.. But i found some mixing of dalda ghee or pashu charbi. I informed to amul customer care. 12th may mr. Sanjay verma (Rambo amul ghee distributor plot no. 312 sec12 vasundhra. Gzb. Came & ask for mixing amul ghee & want to replace this but i refused. I ask co. Id but he refused. I want its lab test to clear my doubt.. Kindly help me to expose the criminals of adulteration in amul pure ghee.

I didn't have expected this thing from a such a Prestigious & famous company. I was going to take this issue to Consumer forum, Food & health department & a news channel. But someone suggested me to contact you first regarding this.

My father Mr. Suresh Agrawal runs a business and supply Amul milk around from last 20 years. Our distributor's name is Mr. Govindbhai Patel from Siddheshwari Supplies.

We have not received the cheque of our commission for the last year. (Which company gives in 2015)

We have asked distributor many times but there is no answer and just give some new contact persons. We have also talked with them many times but the same as usual.

Last six months the ice cream unit of AMUL is not supplying their products
to my shop in spite of my several request. THE COMPANY made their advertisement on my shop displaying that all types of Ice Cream are available
in this shop. which put me in very occurred situation. The company is not
responding to my any of the request, probably they lost their sense .

Hello Sir, Today we have brought amul milk at Pimplesaudagar pune. After boiling it we found plastic type sticky material into this milk. As per my understanding there some milk fraud is going on in Pimpri area. Please take some action as soon as possible and stop playing with our life.

Outlet no 3010995, Radhey Shoppe at IRMA gate is not accepting payments for milk through the SBI-Amul card since middle of March 2016. The stock reply is, "it will start next week". I have been hearing this reply for the last 4 weeks. Please let me know:
1 what the problem is
2. how soon can I expect to use the card again..

This is regarding my order (Order no: bguo[protected]; placed at bigbasket.com which consisted of amul lassi one litre tetra pack.
I will also like to mention that amul lassi pack was provided by big basket in unfreezed or room temperature was at room temperature in this summer on arrival from big basket unlike the other milk products delivered by big basket in past.

Which means it was kept in big basket warehouse in un-refrigerated condition which might have already damaged or spoilt lassi for consumption.

I immediately put the lassi in refrigerator;

I consumed little lassi the next day when i had food poisoning; i had vomiting and stomach ache and when i referred to family doctor he told me that i have food poisoning;
I checked date of packaging of product : amul lassi (Tetra pack) which was more than one month old and might be unfit for consumption.

I am not sure that this was due to bad product sold by amul or is it fault of big basket.
I had a painful and trouble all night and so want to take this to food safety and adulteration department.

The lassi is barely used and is 90% still in the one tetra pack; and can be investigated.

My family members are witness to my trouble caused by food adulteration or damaged lassi being provided by big basket causing food poisoning and vomiting.
Shame on big basket, shame on amul.

Dear sir, My name is Nilesh Naik and I run retail ice cream parlor at maharastra at wai taluka, district satara. I am doing amul business ror last 4 years and I was having goood sale on my counter. For your confirmation I can show you my purchase bills. This is not complaint sir but its demand for justice. OOne another fellow has started just very close to me and ice cream shop and amul distributor has provided goods to him due to which my business got divided. I am not boasting but its fact my counter was the biggest counter sale for amul and amul family packs. For that if you wont belive you csn survey or check my record sir. As I talked with concerned person related to amul company as pet their statementa he said as per company norms there should be atleast 1 km distance from one counter. But our distributor says I don't have any such conditions and who am I to say yhat follow the companies rules and regulations. Sir I am really disappointed by this sir. Need justice. I have written my complain with interest to hear you.

On the date of 14th jan 2016 at 9.30 pm i got call from +[protected] the consultancy name arose global by mr. Dilip for job change.

He introduced well about his consultancy and procedure for selection and interview. I become impressed at that time.

On the date jan, 15, 2016 first he sent his mail id and asked to for my resume and certificates after that 600 rs for generation of registration id for interview then i submitted.Then he said that within 2 days your interview will be taken for amul.

For money deposit he sent me a/c number and ifsc code.

On the date 16 th jan 2016 i got call from [protected] the interviewer he introduced himself as a hr of amul gurgaon then asked my generated registration id and asked some technical questions.Everything was fine next day he made call to me and said that are you comfortable with the salary range of 30 k/month i said ok no issue apart from that accommodation too will be provided.After clarifying my confusion he said now you will have to submit 2000 rs for technical signature from his higher authority at that time doubt came in my mind so i said if possible take only 1000 rs i don't have money this time he said ok now you credit in a/c and remaining money should be credited as soon as possible that too i submitted after sometime.

After submitting money in his a/c i asked for my offer letter he answered within week you will receive. After a week i tried to be in connection with him that time he was making excuses and was trying to avoid my calls too.
Now he doesn't pickup my calls too.

After that i contact with amul ahmadabad plant and asked about interview by consultancy for recruitment.They replied in negative and i requested them to plz share on amul website too about fraud calls.Now they have published a notification too.
